The property features a welcoming porch – the ideal spot to kick off sandy shoes, hang coats, and store beach gear. From here, the home unfolds into an open-plan kitchen/living/ dining space, the living space opens onto a south-facing patio, flooding the room with sunshine and offering direct access to the beach.

There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, all housed within the beautifully preserved railway carriages: two cosy doubles and a charming single with optional travel cot, perfect for younger guests. Each carriage room has been carefully adapted, retaining original features while providing the comfort and style of a modern holiday home. A family bathroom with both a bath and a walk-in shower ensures convenience, while a separate W/C adds extra practicality for groups. The standout feature here, however, is the nostalgic railway carriage dining booth.

Upstairs, you will find a sitting room with log burner and TV, a balcony with stunning sea views and a master bedroom with super king bed and ensuite bathroom.
