Perfectly suited for couples, small families, or business travellers, our modern retreat comfortably accommodates up to 3 adults or 2 adults/ 2 children.

The space is modern, warm and cosy, and has all the amenities you’d need for your stay, including super-fast WiFi and a Smart TV (with Netflix, YouTube, iPlayer etc).

The property boasts a beautifully designed bedroom with a king sized bed that can be converted to two single beds upon request. The living room has a comfortable king sized sofa bed which guests can request to be made in advance of their stay.

The kitchen is well equipped and has all the amenities you’d need for a comfortable stay, including oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, coffee machine as well as a washing machine with washing powder provided.

With the country-famous Cleethorpes beach right on its doorstep, or the array of local shops, charming restaurants and cafes in the local vicinity, the property offers a tranquil yet convenient base for those exploring Lincolnshire.
