With 3 bedrooms, 3.5 luxurious bathrooms, and a fireplace, this loft offers the ultimate urban retreat.
This property is unique to Como as it is centrally located, yet extremely quiet and blight plus it has a rooftop terrace with outdoor dining.
The apartment is reached by a lift which brings you directly inside the apartment. You walk into a modern open space living /dining area with a fully equipped Kitchen, and Smart TV . There is a master bedroom on this floor with widescreen TV and ensuite bathroom. There is also a guest bathroom off of the dining area and another bedroom with 2 single beds and an ensuite bathroom.
Upstairs is a mansard with a pullout sofa bed with ensuite bathroom. This bath5room has a washer/dryer. Off of this bedroom is the roof top terrace with outdoor dining furniture.
