With a total area of 195 m², Villa Calypso can graciously host up to 15 guests across three elegantly appointed master suites—each with its own private lounge—two characterful cave-style rooms, and multiple generous living spaces. The interiors are a beautiful fusion of traditional craftsmanship and contemporary comfort, with seven well-equipped bathrooms, a charming kitchen that doubles as a dining space, and an inviting central courtyard that opens to a mesmerizing caldera view.

The villa comprises six bedrooms furnished with large double beds, three separate living areas with sofa beds, and modern amenities including air conditioning, a private entrance, heating, and spacious terraces with panoramic vistas. The suites are named after inspirational women—Margarita, Avgi, and Theodossia—whose spirits infuse each space with personal meaning and emotional depth. One suite is also designed to accommodate guests with mobility needs.



Villa Calypso is a strictly non-smoking property. While it does not accept children under the age of 16 and does not provide cots or extra beds, it remains an ideal sanctuary for adult groups seeking peace, privacy, and a profound connection to the soulful side of the Aegean.
