Enjoy this modern first-floor 1-bed flat perfectly located on St Mary St, just a street from Weymouth Beach. The flat features a cosy lounge with Smart TV, books, and a sofa bed, a bright master bedroom, and a spacious kitchen with dining for 4. Youâll find all essentials â coffee machine, washing machine, spices, toiletries, and cleaning supplies â for a relaxed stay near shops, cafĂ©s, and the sea.
I like to give guests their privacy but Iâm always available if you need anything during your stay. You can reach me easily by message or phone, and Iâll respond quickly to help with any questions, local tips, or issues that may come up.
Whether you need advice on where to eat, directions to nearby attractions, or help with something in the flat, Iâll do my best to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable.

Getting around is easy from the flat. Weymouth Train Station is just a short 5â7 minute walk away, offering direct connections to London, Dorchester, and Bournemouth. Several bus stops are located nearby on the Esplanade making it simple to explore the area or reach local attractions.
Taxis are readily available around the station and town centre, and youâll also find car rental options within a few minutesâ walk. With most shops, cafĂ©s, and the beach so close, you can enjoy your stay without needing a car.
