Dione Villa – Luxury Sea View Retreat in Sellia, Plakias

Dione Villa is a brand-new luxury residence located in the peaceful village of Sellia, just a few minutes from Plakias and the famous beaches of South Crete. The middle level includes two bedrooms — one with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds that can be joined in a large bed — both with en suite bathrooms.



On the lower level, there are two additional bedrooms with queen-size beds, each with its own en suite bathroom. All interiors are decorated in a modern style with natural materials and soft tones that create a sense of understated luxury and warmth.



Outside, guests can enjoy a private 35 sq. m. pool and a 12 sq. m. children’s pool, surrounded by sun loungers, poofs and umbrellas. The entire property is fenced, ensuring privacy and safety.
