This was the most I'd ever paid for a villa and so had high expectations. The location of the villa, the great views, the tennis court, the relative isolation from other local properties were all excellent. There were several concerns. When we arrived it was very windy but it didn't feel like there had been a clean in advance of us arriving. It felt like this had been vacant for some time. It was messy outside, dusty in the property and, due to an open pipe in one of the bathrooms there was a very unpleasant smell. The pool was stained all around the outside and stains all over the sunbed covers which was quite unpleasant. There were ants all on the kitchen table. The cupboards were filthy with cups and glasses sticking to the surface.There was no welcome pack - in our case there was nothing not even cleaning materials, including a cloth. There was no iron in the property and had to request this which they did then provide. The dishwasher simply would not work. We did complain and they did reset it but it regularly would stop half way through a cycle and so we simply stopped using it. It simply needs replacing. All showers in the property were poor and only the one on the top floor had warm water for 2-3 people. With others then having to have cold showers. This is a property which just needs someone from the company to come and actually stay at it for a few days to see how bad it is. I would definitely not stay here again
