Entièrement rénové et meublé à neuf en 2016, il offre tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour reposant à Juist pour deux personnes. Outre un séjour avec kitchenette (équipée de plaques vitrocéramiques et d'un lave-vaisselle), coin repas et canapé confortable, il comprend une chambre avec un grand lit double et une salle de douche moderne avec fenêtre.
