The key collection site is at the laundrymat across the street. The given number pad code did not work, I called them up. I requested for a new code or send someone in-person instead, but the person on the phone made an enormous ruse of a front and back conversation, about the right doors and windows inside the laundrymat, some malarkey of clockwise and anti clockwise of turning of the knob, and he even requested me to send him pictures of the number pad door in question, as though he was doing this for the first time, and even though everything was monitered through the half a dozen cameras inside the laundrymat. No apologies were rendered, it was overall an utter time wasting ordeal, for what was supposed to be a straightforward task of picking up the keys. Inside the apartment, the drains in the kitchen sink, and the toilet sink were clogged. Contrary to the scenic views from the apartment, the kitchen utensils were in very poor condition, not what you expect from a such an establishment. You are mostly paying for the views, not the apartment and its material effects and comfort per se.

Excellent location and amenities. A bit light on power points for phone and device charging. Had to leave gels and shampoo on the shower floor as there wasn't any shelving.

Quite enjoyable

The place was perfect for me, very clean and located well with nearby shops and public transport. Was a little upset about the checkin process. It was going to cost me 99 extra to check in early, after already paying 1430 to stay the week. Otherwise I enjoyed the place!

The room was gorgeous and the views were amazing. My detractor points are that there is a bowl of cut up limes in the freezer that seemed pretty gross, the room had a strong odour of something g like body odour or stale coffee, a couple of the cups were quite dirty and required to be washed prior to using them, I have one of them pictured and there seems to be some of the cutlery (knives, forks and spoons) that have grime or something on them. Considering the price I of the stay I wasn’t too pleased with these things but in terms of the apartments quality appearance and location it was stunning :))

Problematic & pretty'

The flat was comfortable in good location with great view. I am very experienced traveller of 63yrs age & 53 countries. **BUT..checkin was disaster! I had moved from a flat same building & collected key across road 250m away. This management wanted me to go 8km away saying only choice [bs, I say!] Gave me wrong locker & code initially to get key. A long black hair in bathroom basin, professional cleaners?? Bedside lamp not connected. Very few essential kitchen basics for a 1 week stay. MadeComfy is allegedly a national professional company specialising in shortstay management. VERY POOR under such circumstances! Will avoid this company in the future. MUST IMPROVE!! Nice pretty flat, poor management.

Die Wohnung wirkte geräumig, hell und modern ausgestattet – viel besser, als ich für den Preis erwartet hatte. Der Innenpool war ein schönes Extra und trug zur Entspannung nach einem langen Tag in Canberra bei.
