The Penthouse at 86 consists of a second-floor open-plan living space with a kitchen including an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, a dining area, and a sitting area with a Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms include three doubles, one with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin, and WC, serviced by a bathroom with a freestanding bath, walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Outside, there is designated off-road parking for one car, and roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.1 miles, lake 1.4 miles. The Penthouse at 86 is a stylish base for exploring Lancashire. Note: Good housekeeping bond of 350GBP.
