The villa is gated. The pool is the villa`s strong point, with sunbeds and umbrellas for the solarium and a beautiful gazebo providing shade to comfortable tables.
The pine forest is the most fragrant and cool place to relax on the hammock or swing on the swing.
A long avenue through the pine forest leads to the 3 units that make up the property.
The first unit consists of a kitchen/living room, sitting room, 2 double bedrooms and 1 shower room.
The second unit consists of an eat-in kitchen, 1 double bedroom, and 1 shower room.
The third unit is 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom.
Also available to guests are 2 pouf beds.
All the rooms are air-conditioned.

an exclusive residence located in the countryside, in the locality of
Ranca, just 2 km from the beautiful beaches of the Ionian arch of
Taranto, Campomarino di Maruggio and the town of the small village of Maruggio.
Maruggio,
in the province of Taranto, lies in a lush valley of the Murge
Tarantine, dotted with olive trees and vineyards. Dating back to the
Middle Ages, the historic center of Maruggio is listed among the "Most
Beautiful Villages in Italy."



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- Property composed by 3 independent units.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
