The space
It’s a seaside villa in nature away from crowd and next to the forest and over the sea.The area is quite and peaceful and friendly for families..Two independent apartements at the same building on the sea,with facilities for barbecue 🍖 and activities to nature (swimming🏝,wind surfing 🏄‍♀️,fishing🎣, bicycle🚴🏼‍♂️, jocking ,walking etc)

You will have free entrance to the beach 🏖 with obrellas , beach chairs and sea towels..The beach has sand and the sea 🌊 is normal suitable for children

There are daily trips 🚤to the closest islands Skiathos , Skopelos , Lichadonisia , Alonisos and to the thermals springs of Edipsos …The area is characterized as NATURA 2000 and there are lagoons near the villa..Nearest town is Istiea (3km)where you can find stores,cafeterias,pharmacies,old grocery store,hospital.
