I would recommend this beautiful home to a friend. Parking of 2 cars was easy, very quiet surroundings, lovely garden and the rooms were spacious. The utility room was idea with a washing and a separate dryer, the kitchen has many large cupboards for storage.

We had such a wonderful stay at this BnB! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The house was warm and welcoming, making us feel comfortable straight away.The hot tub and jacuzzi were definitely highlights of our stay — so relaxing and well maintained. It was the perfect way to unwind and enjoy some quiet time.The place was spotless, with fresh, clean sheets and fluffy towels provided, which made our stay even more comfortable. You can really tell the hosts take pride in keeping everything to a high standard.We truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this BnB to anyone looking for a cosy, relaxing getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Lovely property near the NEC / airport/ National Conference Centre where we were attending. 5 ladies sharing and plenty of rooms, beds, bathrooms etc. no cold showers, loss of pressure etc- all brilliant. had all the amenities we needed and was perfect for our needs with a double parking space. We would definitely consider hiring again next year. Beds and bedding were comfy / very clean linen and towels too. Everything you would need in terms of usual home items - tv, wifi, kitchen equipment etc. Had a slight issue with wrong access code being sent but this was quickly rectified with a phone call. Hey we are all human! Booked the hot tub but were sad to see the on arrival it was only just over 20 degrees so it wasn’t until the next afternoon it was hot enough. Given our own plans, we could only use it for a very short time on the morning we left rather than on the first night and first morning as planned. Would be good if this could be switch on earlier so ready for arrival. The house itself had a feel of not being let out for a while as there was dust on headboards, quite a bit of marking on walls, a spotlight missing in a bathroom, and some mould around bathroom fittings / showers BUT there were signs that work had been done / was being done so I believe this is being sorted.Would stay again as so convenient (once the HS2 roadworks go away!!) Thanks

Lots of space, comfy beds. Modern. Has some games as well in various places which was good. Hot tub also! We were looking for somewhere close to NEC, and this worked well - only 20 mins away. Host was very responsive, and advised about parking and access, all of which were easy to follow. It is on a fairly busy estate, and there is some (expected) noise of living, but this was mainly exacerbated by needing windows open (the heatwave!). lots of plugs so could plug in fans. Hot water even with multiple showers being taken was a bonus. House overall was very clean - no carpets, which makes clean up easy, and utility room had dustpan/mops etc etc. Large American fridge freezer, lots of places/cups/glasses, and not stingy on dishwasher tablets or loo roll etc. Some small DIY/maintenance needed (i.e. grouting around showers and tiled floors, loose light fittings, scuffs on walls etc) and garden lawns and table/chairs etc a little scruffy. Shame that there are no curtains in the bedrooms - only vertical blinds.
