Absolute peace and privacy. Nestled in a quiet residential countryside area of Caltanissetta / Pian del Lago / Niscima, just 1 km from the historic city center. The house is located within a large shared courtyard, part of a small, well-established residential complex with other apartments. A free parking space is included in the price, conveniently located right next to the entrance of the property. The property overlooks a spacious garden with a green lawn, and the outdoor area is completed by an automatic gate with remote control.
