Small cozy house directly on the sea. This beautiful property is the result of a redevelopment project of an old building or a fisherman's house. Modernized, in full respect of the maritime style it already had, a touch of modernity has been added to the exterior, such as the inclusion of the beautiful hot tub placed in the solarium/veranda that surrounds the house on the sea side, shading sails and comfortable outdoor design furniture that will guarantee moments of absolute relaxation. A mix of modernity, comfort and elegance that will allow guests to enjoy a unique holiday along the entire Romagna Riviera. The house, which is spread over a single mezzanine floor, has a beautiful view of the tourist port of Portoverde, allowing you to admire unforgettable sunsets. The proximity to the beach and then to the Lido Restaurant, located in front of the house, offers the possibility to use various services directly on the property for a stay in total comfort.

Interiors:
The entrance of the house leads to the small living room with kitchenette. The style is the maritime one. This is the main environment in the house, very comfortable and welcoming. Here you will find a dining table and a sofa from which you can watch the TV. From here a small corridor leads to the sleeping area overlooked by the two bedrooms - one double and one with a bunk bed - and the bathroom (without bidet) with a large shower box. Air conditioning in the living area.
Park:
The exteriors, although not very large, are very well-kept and equipped with every comfort. They are the beating heart of the house and this is where the guest will experience the property the most. The garden is completely fenced with iron grate and reeds. The house is embraced by a raised natural wood platform where there is the solarium and relaxation area with sun loungers, a large dining table, sofa, armchairs and a fantastic heated hot tub. There is no shortage of large shaded areas thanks to the presence of elegant and functional triangular sails. In the area below, a small garden covered in part by white stones enriched by green plants: palm trees, reeds, banana trees and oleanders. In this area there is a shower, ideal for cooling off on hot days and for rinsing off after a rejuvenating bath in the sea. Spending the last few hours of the day outside the house will be an unforgettable experience: the sunset lights, the fresh sea breeze, the lights of the port, the passing of boats and the singing of seagulls. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
