Place smells like cigarettes. No king beds in the building even though we paid for one. Room had no towels, pillows, or soap. Large burner on the stove doesn't work. Bugs. We keep finding bugs. Floors haven't been swept or even checked for trash. Once we got pillows one didn't have a case. Apparently that is common here. I can hear the neighbors conversations better than my own.
