Villa Crystal I rises from the pine-clad hillside like a modern sculpture, its clean lines and steel-framed windows catching the sun as you approach through a peaceful private driveway. Each of the three levels flows with purpose. Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen and dining area are designed for sociable evenings and shared meals, while downstairs, the bedrooms open onto quiet terraces and lush greenery. The ground floor hides a fully equipped gym and a comfy TV area for cosy nights in.


Outside, the garden is a haven of tropical planting and minimalist design. A sculptural, raindrop-shaped pool curves across the lawn, while a shaded outdoor kitchen and dining area invite long, lazy afternoons of grilling and gathering. Villa Crystal I is set in the tranquil hills of Las Colinas, a peaceful and exclusive residential area surrounded by the protected landscapes of the Garraf Natural Park. The location offers a true sense of escape while still being conveniently connected to Sitges, with its beach promenades, vibrant old town, and acclaimed restaurants, is just around 20 minutes drive away through vineyards and rolling valleys.


The nearby region is famed for its winemaking heritage and scenic trails, perfect for walking or cycling among nature. Olivella village is close by for everyday essentials, while Barcelona, under an hour away by car, offers a rich blend of art, architecture, and urban energy for day trips. Whether you're craving culture, nature, or a beachside buzz, it’s all within easy reach.

The Property is supplied with 1 set of bed linen and towels per guest (1 shower and 1 hand towel and where applicable 1 pool towel) at no additional charge, unless otherwise specified. Additional changes may be requested at the following rates:

- €15 per single bed set;

- €25 per double bed set;

- €10 per towel set;

A one-off service/transport fee of €25 applies. 

Requests for additional linen or towels will be delivered the following day, subject to availability. Please note that extra linen will be delivered, but beds will not be changed. If guests wish to have the linen changed, a minimum of 3 hours of cleaning service must be booked.

On request only and with prior agreement with the owner. If accepted, a pet supplement of €50 per pet will apply, payable with the balance payment. Please enquire during the booking process. All conditions imposed by the owner must be followed. Charges may apply for breaching any house rules, extra cleaning, damage or sanitisation costs.

1 travel cot and 1 high chair are provided free of charge, subject to availability and provided the request is made at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
