Villa with infinity pool in Piedmont mountains

We would like to share our own retreat in Piedmont with you. A 340-square-meter luxury villa built in 2021, featuring a private infinity pool and 53,000 square meters of scenic grounds. The villa is situated on a sunny plateau with panoramic views of the mountains, surrounded by a natural area where eagles soar overhead and wild boars roam.



Inside, the villa features six double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and closets. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious kitchen-dining room with seating for 12 at the dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped, including 2 dishwashers, a wine cooler, and an ice maker. A cozy wood-burning stove warms the room, and the adjoining living room opens onto the terrace.



Outside, two sunny terraces facing east and south await, along with a covered terrace by the outdoor kitchen and a petanque court. The pool area features sun loungers and umbrellas, and you can prepare meals in the well-equipped outdoor kitchen with a grill and pizza oven. There is plenty of space for play and relaxation on the large property.



The village of Cimaferle is less than 1 km away and features a local bar, restaurant, and deli. The area offers great hiking and biking trails, and you can explore Piedmont’s wine towns and sample the local wines. The restaurant Il Laghetto serves delicious pizzas for lunch and dinner.
