The villa is on two levels with five air-conditioned bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a fireplace and satellite TV, a bright dining room, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. On the first floor, there are three comfortable bedrooms for a good night's sleep.



Outside, the 12x4-meter private pool invites you to take refreshing dips on hot summer days. Under the covered pergola with a built-in barbecue and large table, you can organize convivial dinners while the sunset paints the sky pink. The garden offers parking for three cars.



In the surrounding area, visit the medieval towers of San Gimignano, the Etruscan ruins of Volterra, and the perfect walls of Monteriggioni. The nearest village is just a few meters away and offers supermarkets, pharmacies, and a train station for easy access to the cities of art.



The pool is open from April to mid-October.
