Kragerø resort is about 25 minutes' drive away and offers an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, restaurants and a spa. It is a short boat ride from Stangholmen lighthouse, which has a restaurant and concerts in the summer. There is also the possibility of a taxi boat. A few km towards Søndeled there is a fantastic farm bakery.
