• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. .
• Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. - 8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note we are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.

Awesome property!

We had a great experience! 10 minute walk from the French Quarter and great view of the city. Had no issues booking a parking spot in the garage on site. Felt safe as building and parking garage both require a security code to gain access. Property was exactly as pics. Overall, great experience and would book again.

Nice place easy walking access to everything

This place is exactly as pictured for the most part (a little smaller than pictures show). Communication with the host was extremely good all my text were answered very quickly. Everything was stocked and clean my only issue was the water pressure in the master bathroom. Everything was a quick walk away from the condo. Bourbon street, Frenchman street and the casino. We had a really nice time will definitely book again.

Great family rental

My family spent 5 days at the Hosteeva California Bldg property in a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath Penthouse. A special feature was the terrace with seating. Property was very clean, the location was good, walking distance to French Quarter, Canal street, parade routes, some if which went right by the Property. We were able to secure garage parking across the street from the blgd. Lovrd rasy access with codes. Now for the suggested improvements: We did have a problem with our access codes twice but Hosteeva answered immediately and issued new codes. Kudos for responsiveness. The showers: only the rainwater faucet would work and the k ly temperature settings were cold and HOT. Which I don't mind hot but that is definitely a problem when the hot water runs out, which it did, during the 5 days. Common Area: the living room area was a little tight for 6 if everyone gathers in that area but there is more than plenty of room to spread out into the upstairs areas and terrace. Would rent again maybe a larger unit.

Great Property

This was a beautiful property. It wasn't terribly far from the Bourbon Street area. I was there for a conference and didn't want to stay in the conference hotel. This place was less than a mile and I walked from the conference back to the condo, The space was clean and comfortable. The only complaints I would share was that the water pressure was TERRIBLE. I mean it was little more than a trickle in both showers! I did send a message to management and they were very responsive. They sent someone to address it and it was marginally better, but that was significant for me. It was 100+ degrees outside and after being out, and walking around, a nice shower was a major bonus. The issue for me (and I know no one else will have a problem with this) was dogs. I booked because they said no pets. But what they didn't say is that the building is shared with folks who live there and guests. The guests are not allowed dogs, but tenants are and their access to the dog walk is via a shared elevator apparently. There was dog pee at or in the elevator every single morning I left. That's on the pet owners I know, but an aggravation for me nonetheless. Finally, the parking. I expected parking to be exorbitant so no sticker shock there. But, since the only available parking is not owned by the building, you take your chances in paying $30 - 40 bucks, going out and returning to find there is no parking in the lot. It would have been great if there was an option to reserve a space as a guest. I would have paid extra for that benefit. On our last night, Hamilton was playing at the theater down the street. So, not only were there no spaces, the price jumped from $28 to $50 bucks for the same period of time! That's definitely not on the property owner, but the bitter taste remained. And we witnessed several boots being placed on vehicles, so there was no point in risking it by not paying. But, it was still a beautiful place. Overall I think you would enjoy it.
