Located on the third floor of the building and accessed by stairs only (no lift), the apartment suits guests who are comfortable with a central, urban setting.

The property sits close to Concert Square, an area famous for its nightlife and busy atmosphere, particularly at weekends. As a result, some external noise should be expected. To help with comfort, earplugs and a white noise machine are provided, and many guests still find the apartment suitable for sleeping.

To maintain a good experience for everyone, booking guests must be 21 years of age or older. A £100 refundable security deposit is required before arrival. This deposit is fully refunded after check-out, provided there is no damage or excessive cleaning required. By confirming the reservation, guests agree to these terms.
