Kunickiego Modern Studio

Kunickiego Modern Studio is located in an attractive part of Gliwice, from where the picturesque Market Square with its many cafés, restaurants, and historic townhouses can be reached in less than 30 minutes on foot. The area is also home to the Silesian University of Technology, one of the most important technical universities in Poland.

Guests who enjoy walks and spending time in nature can visit the nearby Chrobry Park, perfect for relaxing outdoors, or head to the Municipal Palm House, where exotic plants from around the world can be admired in a unique setting. For fans of sports and cultural events, PreZero Arena Gliwice is an excellent destination, hosting concerts, matches, and large-scale events throughout the year.

Close to the apartment there are bus stops Trynek Bardowskiego and Gliwice Żurawia, offering convenient connections to various parts of the city, while Gliwice railway station, located less than 3 kilometers away, allows for easy travel to other cities in the region. This makes the apartment a perfect choice for both tourists and business travelers, offering the opportunity to fully enjoy the atmosphere of Gliwice and discover its many attractions.

Kunickiego Modern Studio features a room with a sofa bed and kitchenette, as well as a bathroom. Guests have access to a variety of amenities, including free Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, an iron, a hairdryer, a cooker, a fridge with freezer, a toaster, a dishwasher, a kettle, and kitchen accessories.

To help guests settle in comfortably, we provide a starter set of basic toiletries, including toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and shower gel. Please note that these items are supplied in limited quantities and are intended mainly for the first days of your stay. For longer stays, we recommend purchasing any additional supplies according to your personal needs. Guests can also use the parking area, although availability of a parking space cannot be guaranteed.
