The accommodation is ideal for a relaxing holiday on the Island of Elba and consists of one double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, and an open-plan kitchen in a bright and functional space. The bathroom is equipped with a shower box.

The apartment is fitted with a ceiling fan to ensure comfort even on the hottest days, as well as a washing machine and TV for a practical and comfortable stay.

Perfect for those who wish to explore the village on foot, with the sea just a few minutes away and the historic centre within easy reach.

The property is located within a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). Please check the access and parking regulations before your arrival.

Important Notes:

Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Arrivals after 7:30 PM are accepted with an additional fee of €40.00.
Check-out: by 9:00 AM.
Linen: apartments are not provided with bed and bathroom linen. It can be rented up to 7 days before arrival. The cost is €40 for a double set and €20 for a single set. Linen collection is only available at our office in Portoferraio.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
