Closer to home, the National Trust’s Llanerchaeron (9 miles) grants you access to an 18th-century estate featuring walled gardens and local wildlife.


Step through the shared entrance of this centrally positioned building and head to the first floor to find your private seaside retreat. Head inside and be greeted by the apartment’s social heart – the light and airy open-plan living space that combines a well-appointed kitchen with a lounge and dining area.
