Three bedrooms on Watford High Street, tucked behind a residents-only gate so it stays quieter than the address suggests. Each room has its own bed, sofa and window desk, sleeping 6 in all. It suits a group, family or a few colleagues who want their own space and a 10-minute walk to Watford Junction.

A Home to Relax and Unwind
Each bedroom works as its own retreat, with a bed, a sofa to sit back on and a desk by the window if you need to get some work done. The top-floor rooms sit under the eaves with rooftop views, and the kitchen has a proper hob and oven for cooking a real meal rather than just reheating. There`s a washer too, which helps on longer stays.

Location
You`re right on Watford High Street, a busy town centre with shops, restaurants and good transport at the door. The trains make it easy for both city trips and commuting, and there`s plenty within a short walk when you want to eat or drink out.

Good to Know Before You Book
The flat sits on the upper floors above the High Street shops, reached through a gated passageway and a corridor, with stairs and no lift inside. The stairs to the property are moderately steep and may not be accessible for guests with accessibility needs or infants. The three attic bedrooms have sloped ceilings, so headroom is limited in parts of those rooms. The three bedrooms share one shower room, and the kitchen is compact. There`s no parking at the property. Entry is self check-in through a gated passageway using a key safe, and full codes and directions are sent the day of arrival. The gated passageway is monitored by CCTV.

Extra charges
Pets are welcome at £45 per pet per stay, up to a maximum of 2; please include any pets when booking. Early check-in or late check-out can sometimes be arranged depending on our cleaning schedule, and if confirmed we`ll send a link to purchase the extra time. We may also be able to arrange an airport or station transfer, subject to availability, with fees typically from £100 to £150 depending on the route and time of day. Both are on request and handled through a secure third-party link after booking.

Booking policy
Guests are not required to pay a security deposit for this stay, however, we reserve the right to charge up to £200 to the card on file in the case of any damage or excess mess. Please take care and tidy up after yourself during your stay.

Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
