Located just a few minutes from the coast and close to all essential services, it combines comfort, functionality, and an excellent location. The property features a private terrace and private parking within the building, making it a perfect choice for enjoying Tenerife.
Situated on the second floor of a building with a lift, this bright apartment offers an open-plan living and dining area with a fully integrated kitchen, creating a spacious and welcoming atmosphere. The living area includes a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, and dining table, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the island.
The apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed and ample storage space, while the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, making it suitable for both adults and children. The bathroom includes a shower and all the essentials for a comfortable stay.
The living room opens onto a private terrace furnished with a table, chairs, and an awning, providing the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast outdoors or relax in the pleasant climate.
The building also offers private parking within the complex, although spaces are not assigned.
Located in Candelaria, one of Tenerife's most popular towns, the apartment is close to supermarkets, restaurants, shops, and walking areas, while also providing easy access to beaches and many of the island's main attractions.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, extractor hood, and all necessary kitchenware. Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, and high-speed 600 Mbps fibre-optic WiFi.
The building’s swimming pool is currently undergoing renovation until further notice. From September onwards, improvement works will be carried out on the building’s roof, which may cause occasional noise disturbance during the day.
