Welcome to our Bosta Guest House, a warm and welcoming shared home in the heart of Inverness, the perfect base for exploring the stunning Scottish Highlands.



We offer a selection of comfortable private rooms, each with its own character.



Room 1: triple room, up to 3 guests, 1 double + 1 single bed (ensuite), first floor;



Room 2: 2 guests, 2 single beds (private bathroom off the room), first floor; (This is the room being booked)



Room 3: triple room, up to 3 guests, 1 double + 1 double sofa bed (ensuite), first floor;



Room 4: 2 guests, 1 double bed (ensuite), first floor;



Room 5: triple room, up to 3 guests, 1 double + 1 single bed (ensuite), ground floor;



Room 6: 2 guests, 2 single beds (private bathroom off the room), ground floor;



Room 7: 1 guest, 1 single bed (private bathroom off the room), ground floor.



The living rooms, dining area, and kitchen are shared with other guests, creating a friendly and sociable atmosphere.



The first-floor rooms are accessed by stairs, while the ground-floor rooms are on the same level as the entrance.



Our check-in method is simple and convenient: Self-check-in is the only option, with the key securely stored in a key safe at the property.



Parking is available at the front and back of the property and is private on the premises, with space for one standard car per room.



You'll be superbly placed to enjoy all that Inverness has to offer, from the historic Inverness Castle and fascinating Highland attractions to the tranquil banks of the River Ness and the beautiful Ness Islands. The world-famous Loch Ness and Urquhart Castle are just a short drive away, while the vibrant city centre offers wonderful shopping, cosy pubs, fine dining, and rich cultural experiences. Nature lovers will also enjoy scenic walks along the Caledonian Canal and easy access to the breathtaking Highland countryside.



Please note that a security deposit registration will need to be completed prior to arrival in order to receive the codes for check-in. No money is actually charged, but there is a pre-authorisation of 1 euro.
