Very disappointed

If only we had read the review from folks right before us posted here two days after we checked in! We had a terrible flood in the kitchen from the roof/sewer problem which the property manager seemed surprised about (obviously he knew all about it per previous review) used ever towel/every pot and cleaned soot as the property manager said his assistant would look for another place to put us! Never happened! Had to stay at friends because of the smell! Workman patched ceiling and left a blower! Property manager never responded to us again! Reached out to VRBO to get partial payment back! Very stressful vacation!

Didn't stay!

We arrived at the condo, lugged our luggage up to the second floor only to open the door to a nasty smell, a huge hole in the kitchen ceiling and a big fan on the counter facing up to the ceiling. The place was really not that clean, did not look as nice as the photos online, very dated, many lights didn't work. Called Bart who had not responded to my previous emails - he was in a loud place with loud music, but I asked him what was going on with this hole in the ceiling. He told me they had a water leak and apologized. I showed the photos I took to my husband and he told me that was a sewer pipe not a water leak. I told him we were not happy with this place and to his credit, he did tell us that he would refund our money if we weren't happy and he did that. However, we were then stuck and had to go to a hotel that night and try to find another place while the PGA tour was in town! Not a happy experience at all - no call or message when this alleged "water leak" happened to give us any heads up or options to find another place just not acceptable!

Great stay

Everything was great with the condo that we stayed at. I wish that the property owner was quicker to respond to my texts/ calls, other than that everything else was great. We did request a pack N play for our baby to sleep in, which he did supply us with and it really made our stay much more enjoyable.

Great stay at Scottsdale condo with family

We usually stay in a single family house, but prices have gotten a little out of control so we ended up trying a condo this time. As far as the area, it's very nice with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The condo is right off the 101 which makes it very easy to get anywhere in Phoenix. The heated pool and jacuzzi were very nice with an outside barbecue by the pool area. The condo had some nice upgrade amenities, but could have been cleaned a little bit better. The carpets could use a cleaning as well. Bathrooms and kitchen had all the comforts of home although the set of pans could be replaced. Remember when renting the condo, there is no garage and you get one reserved covered parking spot. There is other parking but 1st come 1st serve. For a condo, it was actually very quiet. It is on the second floor so you do have a flight of stairs. I asked the owner about wood for the fireplace and he suggested just getting duraflame logs which we did and that worked out perfect. Just remember to make sure you open up the fireplace damper before lighting the log. Overall, for the comparative price comparison, the value is there and we had a great time.

Home away from home

Close to WESTWORLD!! Bart responded immediately to our questions!! Condo was great and area was extremely quiet!! Pool and hot tub were nice! Would stay again!!!

Great spot near everything

We stayed in this property for one week While our house was being remodeled. It is in close proximity to nearby restaurants and the freeway. Nice floor plan with a bedroom and bath on each level A very reasonable price for a roomy condo

We stayed in Mid March 2020, just before and during the societal shut down of COVID-19. The condo is super convenient to all that North Scottsdale has to offer, like supermarkets, restaurants, hiking trails, golf courses, retail, etc. However, we couldn't or didn't get to experience many of them. Easy to access the 101. But the community amenities had been shut down, so no access to the pool, exercise area, etc., so I cant comment on those. There were a few maintenance items in the Condo that we addressed with Bart, and if fixed, will make the condo a comfortable place to stay when visiting Scottsdale. (When travel advisories are lifted and life gets back to a "new normal".)

Good value for the money!

We had a good stay. The condo was as described and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen is reasonably well stocked. Bart was super responsive. When we couldn’t find the iron and hairdryer, he had them delivered to us right away. Can’t beat the value for the price vs. other properties in the area.

Great Location and Comfortable

We stayed during the 2019 Scottsdale Arabian Show. The location is within just a couple minutes of West World. We didn't use any of the amenities in the complex as we weren't there at all during the day. Quiet nights. It took us a little while to find the unit and the parking place. The parking spot was a bit of a walk to the unit; however, there were some unmarked, uncovered parking spots closer that were first-come. We didn't have too many problems getting an uncovered spot close to the unit most days. Overall, much better than getting 2 rooms in a hotel -- quieter, more comfortable, more economical.
