The Mulberry room, Double room, within Tigh Fen House. Room only basis

Double bedroom, with drawers and bedside tables. Ideally positioned in Broadford, a few minutes walk from all amenities and great places to eat. Tigh Fen house is sited next to the award winning Coffee Bothy. We have the opportunity to rent all three rooms for groups or families. There is only one shared bathroom. However, if one room is booked from the three available. This room, The Green Room or the Twin room, the area will be for the sole use of the guests.

Maximum occupancy per room is 2 due to Scottish Licensing rules for this property. Max occupancy of all three rooms is therefore 6 people, 2 per room.

Guests will have use of the lounge area with smart tv, and dining area in case you are having a takeout. Please note that this is not a self catering property. There is tea, coffee and a kettle in each room. Likewise no breakfast option.
The house has been lovingly renovated to a high standard over the past 10 years. Solid wood floors, comfortable beds and black out blinds and Velux covers for the skylights.
