Last house by the forest with outdoor kitchen

The last house on the road, with woods on one side and complete privacy in the back. The house can accommodate four guests, divided between the main house and a separate guest cottage, and is located 25 minutes by car from Gothenburg. A car is required to stay here.



Inside, there’s a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a living room with a Samsung The Frame Smart TV where you can log in to your own streaming services. The bathroom has a shower. The fireplace is currently not in use.



There are patios on both sides of the house: the front is more open and social, while the back is completely screened off with no view into the property. The newly built outdoor kitchen features real concrete countertops and is complemented by a Napoleon Rogue 525 propane grill. A trail through the forest leads to Lake Finnsjön in twelve minutes, where you’ll find a swimming area, a barbecue spot, and a seven-kilometer lakeside trail.



In late summer and fall, chanterelles are often found in the woods around the house. Kållered town center, with a grocery store and pharmacy, is a 15-minute drive away, as is Spinneriet in Lindome, which features a café and local shops. Hovås Kallbadhus by the sea is about 30 minutes away, and other swimming spots like Smithska Udden and Saltholmen are also within easy reach.
