We enjoyed our stay a lot! We were upgraded to a better room than the one we ord ...

We enjoyed our stay a lot! We were upgraded to a better room than the one we ordered, and the hotel gave us a bottle of wine to celebrate a birthday we had told them we would celebrate. They also let us check out one hour later which was very nice. The good: the room was clean. well designed and very pleasant, great view to the beach, hotel gave us a couple of upgrades on the house. The less good: the reception wasn't staffed at all times, and we had to wait a couple of times for someone to talk to. Overall we felt that the hotel gave us the best experience they could, probably because we were staying in the middle of the week, and the hotel was mostly vacant. Still, we had a really good stay and I will recommend this. Also, prices are very affordable at the moment, probably because the hotel is still new.

Très bel hôtel Personnel très sympathiques, Toujours du champagne à la réception Vous pouvez prendre du thé du café toute la journée ! Excellent emplacement en face de la mer Les chambres sont très propres vous avez ce qu'il faut Le petit déjeuner canon. Vraiment impressionnant Votes allez trouver plutôt un lunch jusqu'à 13:00 h On a été très bien reçu ! A recommander On espère revenir bientôt Merci à toute l'équipe !

It's the best hotel in TLV☀️ Located by the sea, very well managed with a kind staff, beautiful sunroof with hot-tubs, and even a business lounge that we enjoyed to work a little bit. They even welcome you with a glass of bubbles🥂. And it's a pet friendly hotel, that's nice & very important🐶. Rooms are very clean, you can notice a staff managers are checking the quality of cleanness everywhere. Really a lot of people working around to make your stay comfortable - that was feeling during the stay. And lastly- do yourself a favor, take a room with breakfast that served in the restaurant on the ground floor - there's a lot a choice of food and very tasty🤤(& also very well managed). I think that managers deserve a big applause 👏 out there. We booked a room to celebrate my birthday. When we arrived we asked Alon the reception manager if they feel like upgrading us since it's my birthday to a better room. He said yes and gave us an amazing suite. The hotel has a huge balcony with hot tubs, amazing view to the Tel aviv sea and promanade, great location. Had a great vacation.

Wonderful service from all the staff. Alon the manager was so kind and allocated me a magnificent sea view room. He was so concerned about my needs and went above and beyond to help me. Alex and Anat too. The rooms were luxurious, clean, and lovely extras were provided such as mineral waters, coffee and Molton Brown cosmetics. The location was superb, close to Jaffa, the outdoor market, and had stunning views of the sea. Would definitely cone here again!
