Lovely villa and location

Really lovely villa - very clean and tidy Great location with only a short walk to the harbour and a bit further to the beach. We were happy to walk there and back but some of the children were small so they got a taxi back which was only a few euros.

Family dream

Padraig is the perfect host and was available anytime required. Property is amazing and even better than the video. So relaxing and loads of space for our party of 11. Hint is to book direct with P.Kelly villas and save money.

Lovely villa in a beautiful safe clean area.Walk to town 20 minutes or a taxi around 5-6 euros.Padraig is one of the best villa owners to deal with. He replied to any queries straight away. There was a problem with the pool surrounding the filter and heating but he sorted it all out the next day. He even gave us another villa on our last day as we had a late flight. I would absolutely recommend Padraig and we will becoming back and would 100% use Padraig and his villas again.

Super séjour

Une chouette semaine entre les visites de Lanzarote et la détente dans la piscine. Les enfants ont bien apprécié de se baigner et les grands de jouer au billard et aux fléchettes. Une belle villa avec tout le confort. Je recommande.

Great villa

We really enjoyed our stay, the villa is a great size and the outdoor area and pool are as well. There was 11 of us staying the space was perfect for us. Great location, a short walk from the shops and coast. Would definitely stay again if a large group of us was coming to Lanzarote

Great Villa

We stayed in December 2020 during Covid-19 restrictions, which meant wearing face coverings in the local area, despite this, we really enjoyed our break. The villa was perfect for us, well equipped and plenty of space both inside and out. The pool was lovely for cooling off too. Communication around booking and the extra requirements for Covid-19 tests was handled brilliantly by Padraig. All in all a wonderful stay.

Amazing Villa

Just returned from Lanzarote where we booked this villa after our hotel was closed due to Covid 19 What a great choice, the villa is amazing, spacious, clean, pools area is great with loads of space to relax and chill. Bedrooms are spacious and have lots of storage space, lovely comfy beds too. About a 15 minute walk into the centre of town, but we used the local taxis at around 3 euros at time it saved the effort of walking. Basically everything was perfect and we are so glad we swapped from the hotel to this villa. Would definitely recommend this to anyone thinking about renting a villa in this area.

Excellent Villa in Puerto del Carmen

Excellent Villa that would suit a large family (or 2 families). 6 bedroom, lists of room throughout property and you would not feel claustrophobic. 4 bathrooms, 2 en-suite. Fantastic living quarters with TV, DVD, books, etc etc! Fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, cooker, hon, microwave, utensils, toaster, kettle, Delphi m, dishwasher, washing machine etc etc!! This villa had everything! Outside there was lots of room and very private, secluded and safe! Pool Table, Darts, BBQ, 2 tables, plenty chairs and loungers! Swimming a pool was heated and had a cover and was maintained twice during our 9 night stay. Couldn’t speak highly enough of this villa.

Fantastic stay in amazing villa!

We are a group of 6 adults and 4 children and this was our second stay in villa cartaphilus. The villa is of an exceptional standard and easily acccommodated our large group. The living and dining areas are large,spotlessly clean and comfortable. The bedrooms are large and airy all with fans and with new comfy bed linen. The outdoor patio area has two large seating areas and the kids loved the pool table and darts board but we spent most of our time in the fabulous pool. There’s also a great bbq area which we used a couple of times. The villa is located in a quiet, safe area but it is just a quick 15 min stroll down the hill to the old town or to the beach front. We occasionally took a taxi home for €3. The property management company were excellent and extremely helpful on both of our stays. We absolutely love staying in villa cartaphilus and will be back next year for 2 weeks. Pat, Galway, Ireland.

Family holiday

Stayed at Villa Cartaphilius had the most amazing time the villa was so spacious and spotlessly clean absolutely everything you need didn't want to leave. It is very private and quiet, Taxi into town was €3 could walk it no problem. Would definitely go back. We all loved every minute.

beautiful villa!

we spent 2weeksover xmas/new yr at villa cartiphilus. the villa is so much bigger than it looks on the photo's.There was 11 of us-8 adults & 3 kids (age 6wks/1yr/8yrs old) and we had lots of space! The villa had everything u need for a perfect holiday.if there was anything we did need we just contacted the management company and they came straight away.They were great/very helpfull. Realy couldnt find any fault with it what so ever.It was clean in a beautiful location,close to restaurants/shops(dont be fooled by the maps-they make it seem like its in the middle of nowhere!) The pool was heated and cleaned daily.The owner's even called while we were there and was such lovely people. We will definately be using PK Villa's again.
