Summer Palace est situé à Gulf Shores Plantation à environ 14,5 miles du centre-ville de Gulf Shores. Être construit comme un duplex, qui est de 2700 pieds carrés, vous avez le luxe d'avoir deux salons, deux cuisines et deux salles de lavage pour votre commodité!

Le niveau principal de chaque unité offre une cuisine, avec des gros et des petits appareils, ainsi que des ustensiles de cuisine, des ustensiles et un garde-manger walk-in. Les salons de chaque unité offrent une télévision à écran plat de 50 "et DVD avec canapé-lit, des chaises confortables et un accès au balcon. Pour votre commodité, il y a un demi-bain au niveau principal, ainsi qu'une porte attenante pour que votre famille ou vos amis voisins soient facilement accessibles!

Le niveau supérieur de chaque unité offre deux chambres et deux salles de bain complètes! La chambre principale offre King Bedding, 37 "TV à écran plat et salle de bain privée. La chambre principale au nord offre également un canapé-lit gigogne surdimensionné. La chambre d'hôtes, ou chambre d'enfants, offre des lits superposés complets, un lit jumeau et une télévision à écran plat de 37 pouces. Chaque chambre pour enfants peut accueillir 5 et offre une salle de bain privée. Chaque chambre dispose d'un balcon privé avec vue sur le golfe! Awesome house!

We loved how close we were to the beach and multiple pools, tennis courts, hot tubs and basketball courts. Saddened that neither inside pool was available. The house is well maintained and things that came up were taken care of immediately.

Love this place

This place was perfect for my family. We loved every minute of our stay. Perfect location to go to the pool and and the beach. Property manager was great to work with. The only issue we had was checking in with security at the beginning of our stay. Security was unsure of where the property was, even after showing him the email had to wait for another security guard to come for my family and O to get our parking passes. We will be back and renting again.

Great beach location

The house was not as clean as I would have liked. The shower in two bathrooms did not drain well. The layout of the house is nice and the location is great. The house needs work on the outside.

Great house for beach family reunion!

The duplex had plenty of room for all 19 of us. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The map from the property management company said we had access to the indoor dome pool, but the fobs did not work - we called the number and no one seemed to know what was going on... would have been nice if we could have used that pool. Did use the other outdoor pools and BBQ grill.

Michael, Thank you for your 4 star review! We are so glad that you and your family enjoyed your time at Summer Palace. The amenities there are fabulous and they offer lots to do. We are so sorry that you experienced issues with the fobs to the indoor amenities while you were vacationing in this great property. We found out a few weeks after your departure that the property managers and association management team at Gulf Shores Plantation made changes that caused all of the access to change without our knowledge and we had to upgrade the usage for our owners and pay upgrade fees to get access to the indoor amenities including the dome pool. It was during your stay that the access to the indoor amenities by fob was denied and as we worked through thinking the fob was accidentally deactivated or going through needing to be replaced, we were informed of the changes and the process that we had to forego in order to upgrade the amenities for our guests. If you vacation to this property in the future, we will make sure these amenities are available to you prior to your stay now that we know how better to handle this process as we have not had issues since we paid the upgrade fees. Unfortunately, you were the guest that had to deal without the luxury of having access to the indoor pool and for that we extend our sincerest apologies. Prime price for a dirty place

When we arrived the code sent to us would not unlock the door! When we finally got in there was a pile of dirty wet laundry left on the floor. The place was not stocked to accommodate 15 people not enough dishes, silverware or towels. The sleeper sofa and twin bed were broke. When leaving we removed the sheets there was no mattress covers on the dirty stained mattress! The place asks for a premium price but the accommodations were below average. On the plus side the property management company was very responsive to my complaints they brought towels and silverware and had the sofa bed fixed the next day. I would not recommend this place nor will I stay here again.

Debra, We do our best to assist guests with issues at arrival especially when notified of issues such as dirty linens being left behind by housekeeping. We are so sorry you arrived to find those items left in a pile at the base of the stairs. Housekeeping moved over to the other side to clean and forgot to go back and pick up those dirty linens before exiting the property. Thankfully, our head of housekeeping was notified promptly of the kitchen items and supplies you needed so he came the evening you arrived, brought you the items you mentioned, picked up the dirty linens and saved the day! We are sorry that you feel this property did not meet your needs and you will not stay here again. Hopefully, you will find another property we manage to better suit you and your family for a most enjoyable stay. Beach Girls vacation get away

This was our fourth time staying in this house. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We highly recommend this location although the amount of stairs us getting challenging with age. We did find the kitchens were not as well equipped as in the past. All pans had chipped off finishes making cooking more challenging. Some of the blinds had broken slats and a fan light fixture on one side had a missing glass fixture. Rust was noticeable on one refrigerator when the door to the freezer was opened. The glass panel over the bottom drawers of one refrigerator was missing. Thankfully this didn't keep us from having a great time!

Not clean

We love Gulf Shores and enjoyed the ease of access to the beach and pools on site. However, upon arriving to the condo, we noticed that there was trash under furniture still from previous guests. The floor had not been swept or vacuumed and we found clumps of hair behind doors and in the bathrooms. One one side of the condo, the B side, the dishwasher was not screwed into the cabinetry. So whenever it was opened, the whole dishwasher would want to fall forward out of the space. Shortly after arriving the manager of the cleaning crew had stopped by to check up on a new workers’ job, and we had to share the lack of cleanliness. She was very understanding and kind and came back that evening with her husband to sweep the floors and wipe down everything for us. We really enjoy Gulf Shores plantation, however I am not sure we would stay at this particular condo again. We were disappointed that it was not clean and properly prepared for our stay.

Sarah, We are so sorry for the issues of the condition of the property upon check in on the day of your arrival. We were told that the issues were remedied by our inspector returning to the property while you and the family were at dinner and that upon your return that you were satisfied when she left. Had we known that you were still dissatisfied we would've assisted you further. We are so sorry for the issues of the cleanliness upon arrival. We saw the pictures and we agree that the housekeeper did not do her job but to be fair we had the issues remedied for you in a timely manner. We do hope that you can understand that everyone can have a bad day and during a very busy Saturday of turnarounds it can happen easily. We did reprimand the housekeeper for the issues that were found and she has not cleaned that property since. We do hope that we can assist you in the future with your bookings in Gulf Shores and that you will stay with us again since we assisted you in such a timely manner.
