Ceci est une maison de style ranch propre et confortable dans une belle subdivision boisée. Il est situé à 4 miles de la plage / parc d'état et à 3,5 miles du centre-ville de Hollande. Il dispose de 992 pieds carrés - 3 chambres: 2 chambres avec lits queen avec matelas en mousse à mémoire et 1 chambre avec un lit queen et lits superposés. Salon à l'étage, salle familiale / tv au rez-de-chaussée, foyer et grande terrasse avec barbecue au propane. A Great Property

We really enjoyed our week here. The house is very comfortable, well appointed, and well located for activities in Holland and the southeast Lake Michigan region. The deck and yard provided some very relaxing mornings and evenings. The owner, Rich, was also very accommodating. I would heartily recommend renting this VRBO.

Nice spot to relax for a long weekend

Rich was super accesible, house was clean, and equipped with all that we could need. The only drawback was that the house has only was full bathroom, so we were fighting for the shower when we got back from the beach ir from running or biking :)

Wonderful

We traveled withour elderly moms to see light houses. This was a perfect home base. Quiet, lively neighborhood. We would happily bring our grown children and grandchildren. A perfect place for all ages. Host is gracious and helpful.

House actually felt larger than the pictures, with there being a basement it was nice for our older kids to hangout down there while the adults congregated upstairs. Bonus was it was minutes from Captain Sundae and we love ice cream:)

Fantastic Place!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Rich's place. The neighborhood the house is located in is absolutely beautiful- huge trees everywhere, tons of nature and lovely houses, a view of the inlet right around the corner- it felt like a true getaway. We were also extremely close to everything- Ottawa Beach, restaurants, walking trails, etc. Rich was such a nice guy in our communication, and the house had everything we needed. We already miss it and wish we could have stayed longer!

Holland Stay

This home is in a LOVELY neighborhood full of amazing beech trees. It has a lovely deck which is perfect for outside dining. Inside is very nice and as advertised. The owner, who lives near by, is super nice and attentive. The only thing to note is that the stairs from the main floor to the family room below are steep and there is no gate at the top. This could be a concern for families with toddlers. No problem for us, however.

Absolutely perfect

We came with our three young kids over Memorial Day weekend. Rich was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is beautiful - the property is surrounded by large shady trees and the road is quiet enough for kids to bike around safely. The backyard is fenced in with comfortable seating and a fire pit. The house is close to biking trails, several beaches and downtown Holland. And the ping pong table was an added plus! Our kids were occupied for hours! We plan to be back!

The house had everything. It was close to beach, downtown and wa squirt when done with our busy day

Rating process was easy. Ricb was quick to reply and provided great suggestions on when’re to go and things to do. Kids loved their own personal space downstairs. It was a great. Relaxing, yet fun weekend.

Fantastic Stay

Our stay was perfect: great location, great property, and fantastic communication with property manager. Property manager even left us wine, chocolate, and recommendations for food to make our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to enjoy all that Holland has to offer!

Great location and accommodations

This property was just as it appears in the listing, no surprises! It was clean and comfortable; just right for our family of 6. We really enjoyed staying in the woods with the beautiful tall trees and friendly neighborhood away from all the hustle of the beaches. That said, its location was convenient to at least 3 beaches making it easy to do a quick drive and then head back to relax and enjoy dinner at the house or in town. Thanks Rich!

Great location

We are from Ohio and wanted a weekend getaway near water. I randomly researched and picked Holland. It seemed to have everything we wanted. I was having a difficult time finding somewhere to stay as we only booked about 2 weeks in advance. For about the price of a hotel (probably less considering all the amenities), we booked this rental. We couldn’t have been happier. The home is in a great location for all the area has to offer. Just a short ride to the beach in one direction and downtown Holland in the other. The house is very clean and has everything you need - even a garage to park the car! Nice neighborhood & safe. Rich reached out immediately and stayed in touch throughout. We would recommend!

Great place to stay

We loved our stay at Waukazoo Woods. This place is bigger than it looks. Fit my family of four plus my two parents easily. Great location between Lake Michigan and Holland. The host (Rich) was in communication with us from the get-go and even called 4 days into our stay just to check in. He's a super friendly guy who really loves the house. One thing I feel I should mention; the beds are firm. Most of us were totally fine with that, but my 70 year old mother said she could've used something a bit softer. We will definitely stay there again on a return trip to Holland!

Under the canopy

Beautiful, serene neighborhood close to town and lake activities. House is spacious, updated and flexible for small family groups. Stairs and deck required vigilant monitoring for 18 month old. Next year this will not be an issue. Owner Rich was very accommodating and friendly. We hope to return to this place when we visit our Michigan family!

This is a wonderful house that I grew up in. It's located in an upscale wooded subdivision. As you can see in the pictures it's a beautiful wooded area with huge trees. It's close to the lake and downtown!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

There's a wonderful back deck with a grill and trees all around. I love the location as it's close to the beach and close to downtown Holland. This home has the REME HALO-LED whole home in-duct air purification system installed. The HALO-LED system proactively treats every inch of air reducing airborne and surface contaminants & pollutants. It has been proven to kill viruses, bacteria, microbials, and mold in the air and on surfaces.
