Great family weekend getaway spot

We really enjoyed the property and the accessibility to the beach. We must have spent at least three different times at the beach any day, the access was so easy. The house is really cute and cozy. We look forward to coming back again soon!

Great location beach house that is spacious, well stocked with amenities!

I really enjoyed this home. I appreciate a well stocked kitchen for cooking in and relaxing with my family. Lots of movies and games, bed are very comfortable too! And dog friendly. I will definitely stay at this home again.

Lovely Beach Getaway

Enjoyed staying in this well-appointed home just blocks from the beach in Lincoln City for a girls getaway with my mother and mother-in-law this September. It's situated in a cozy corner of the city, but not far from activities and the highway - so it was easy to get around and still feel like we were a bit isolated from the crowds. Will definitely stay again.

Lincoln City Weekend

We loved Clay’s place. Very nicely appointed and clean house that is close to the beach, restaurants and activities on the coast. Clay was also very responsive and pleasant to deal with. I hope we can stay here again in the future.

Nice little house, great location.

House was clean, instructions clear, short walk to the beach. Just what we needed! The toilet in the half bath was a bit shaky, just needs a touch of maintenance.

Great stay!

House was very clean and welcoming. Well equipped kitchen that made cooking a breeze. Short walk to the beach that was nice for my old body. Only negative was we couldn't get the TV in one of the bedrooms to turn on. Other than that we loved it!

Livin it up in Lincoln City

This house suited our family perfectly. Clean, simple, nicely updated and comfortable. The location couldn't be better. It was just a quick 5 min stroll to a fantastic beach. The yard is not fenced. Check in and out was seemless. Highly recommend!!

Very Comfortable

This home is very clean. The vaulted ceilings open up the living space. All beds are comfortable. Full bath in hallway, sink/toilet only in master bedroom. Bedrooms are on small side, including master. The home is nicely decorated and uncluttered. Owners are very polite and easy to work with. It was great to have beach access so close. Our family had a relaxing week here. We had two minor issues: the last person to use the BBQ did not clean food residue from grill, and the DVD player in first bedroom did not work. We recommend this home and would stay here again.

So Wonderful

This place is excellent! The location is perfect and the house is obviously well cared for. It’s nice, clean and updated. The owner is also wonderful and helped fix a mix up with my reservation. I would absolutely recommend this place and plan to come back in the future.

Overall, the place was really great! The one thing that was disappointing, was the outdoor space. I should have known as they didn’t post any pics of a yard. There was no yard space. The front and back both had decks which were nice, but no furniture to sit and enjoy the ocean air.

Quiet neighborhood with easy beach access

We had a lovely time. The house is well equipped. We didn't have children with us but the house is prepared for children as well. Would definitely rent again.

Very close to many things. Clean. Comfortable. The only thing I would say, The house is at street level and windows and deck out front open right to the street. Otherwise a great house.

Loved the Clay Family Home!
