Magnifiquement rénové maison du désert (3br 2ba dort 6-8)

Cette maison est située dans l'Indian Palms Country Club qui possÚde un parcours de golf, des piscines, des courts de tennis et un restaurant. Il se trouve à courte distance en voiture de Palms Springs, du Tennis Garden et du parc national de Joshua Tree.

Cette maison vient d'ĂȘtre rĂ©novĂ©e et tout est complĂštement NOUVEAU en janvier 2018. Nouveaux meubles, volets sur mesure, nouveaux draps, nouveaux plats, etc.

Cuisine - rempli avec l'essentiel et PLUS, y compris un Keurig, verres Ă  vin, verres Ă  margarita, plats (assiettes et bols), couverts, casseroles / poĂȘles, mixeur, etc.

Chambres - Chaque chambre a sa propre télévision. Toutes les chambres ont leur propre placard avec un dressing dans la chambre principale. La salle de bain principale a deux lavabos et une grande baignoire. Un pack-n-play est également disponible.

Host was great and the property worked out perfect. Location is central to all of the various local destinations, from the horse park in Thermal to Coachella to the polo grounds to food and drink in La Quinta and Indio. Oddly situated for a private home, it’s perfect as a short stay rental ... offering Privacy and convenience for guests. Will definitely look this property up again next time we’re in the desert (which is several times a year).

Great location, clean everything you possibly needed in place, ideal base to explore a part of the valley that I was unfamiliar with. Gated community is great good amenities on site.

great quiet neighborhood

check-in was very easy and all the instructions were given the morning of which made it easy not having to worry when we were pulling in. super clean and cute house and very quiet neighborhood. would definitely stay again

Good stay

The owner of the home was very responsive to any questions I had. The house was spacious enough for our whole family. There were plenty of plates and utensils for us to use. I will say that it wasn’t as clean as I expected it to be and not enough towels. The kuerig machine might be clogged because it was only trickling out coffee. Other than just a few things it was a good stay!

Beautiful home

Beautiful home with an amazing view. Neighbors were very nice as well. Owner was quick to respond if you had any questions. Overall, our stay was perfect and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful Desert Home!

We loved our stay in this newer and meticulously maintained home. Great open living area with good sized bedrooms and baths. Home has Large flat-screen streaming TVs and was well stocked with linens, towels and a majority of kitchen / bath necessities. The backyard overlooks a green belt with pond and water feature. The house itself is located on a cul-de-sac lot within a private gate-guarded community with ample parking in a 2-car garage and driveway. Owner was very accessible and responded promptly to our inquiries. Really nice home! We will try to stay there again on our next trip to the desert.

A great place to get away in the winter !

We stayed 35 nights in Indio CA. at property #1273556 in the Indian Palms golf community. As soon as we arrived it felt like home, the property is very well equipped with a open concept for entertaining family or guests. My wife and I both enjoy playing golf and this community has three nine hole courses, not too tough but not easy either. The home sits in a cul-de-sac so no thru traffic, feels very private with a long driveway, two car garage, and a beautiful pond in the back of the home. If we have the opportunity to rent this home again we would not have any hesitations to do so. Note: the home owner was very cooperative with any questions we had.

The property was beautiful, comfortable and very well put together.

First off the property manager was super easy to work with, gave clear instructions and was very responsive. We didn't have any issues during our stay and the house was full of every amenity needed for us to be comfortable. The wifi and smart tvs we're a great addition making it easy to stay entertained while at the house. The only small complaint I would have was my bed was a little hard. Overall one of the better experiences I've had with homeaway and would def stay here again with now hesitation.

Wonderful stay in Indio!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house in Indio. The accommodations were very comfortable and we had everything there that we needed. The house was very clean and spacious and the outside patio was also very nice. The location in this gated community was quiet with a pool nearby and easy walking along the neighborhood streets. Jen was very accessible and responded promptly to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend staying here.
