5 Star Stay in Tustin!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent an amazing month in the Suite Escape during the summer of 2019. We travel to Southern California every summer and always rent in a new location. We loved Tustin and felt like we were in the middle of everything - it was so convenient. Plus, the rental was in superb condition and was very clean, it had all the amenities that one could ask for and then some. We would rate our stay a 5 plus and recommend it to anyone visiting SoCal!

Terrific Townhouse

This property was everything I needed for my time in OC. It was clean, well stocked and in a nice quiet neighborhood. There are lots of stores and restaurants in close proximity. Communications with the owner/manager were easy and quickly responded to. The only small negative was that there was no garage door opener, which was somewhat inconvenient. But overall, it is a great property that I would recommend.

Reviewer Comments: This was a great property in a great area...there is everything in this area that you could possibly want minus the beach which wasnt that far either lol. The house was clean and had great amenities and a relaxing little patio in back that was nice to hang. Met some of the neighbors and even played golf with them lol. Valerie was a absolute delight and was responsive on anything that was needed. I would definitely recommend this was well maintained and the customer svc was great!! Thank you

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Townhouse was extremely clean at check-in and well laid out - even nicer than the pictures. Our hostess was very professional and helpful and she made the check-in and out process easy. Suite Escape is well appointed with everything you could need to make your stay enjoyable. Kitchen has nearly new appliances and is well stocked in every manner; backyard has padded chairs and nearly new BBQ; beds are very comfortable; TV in every bedroom; master suite has enormous amount of closet space and double sinks in attached bathroom. Walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, movie theaters and many retail stores. We could not have asked for a better property, a better location or a better hostess!

Nice place and nice location BUT NOT SO NICE SERVICE

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed for 58 days... the property was in a great location and very nicely kept with the exception of minor issues that could have been handled better. That being said - two things occurred that were not handled properly. (1) Ice maker in the fridge was not working properly and when I called to report it - Valerie was rude on the phone and questioned my ability to know that the ice machine was not working properly. She insinuated that the appliances were new and that the ice machine should work. I explained to her that I was familiar with the way an ice machine should work and that the bottom of the ice reservoir was completely frozen with little black residue in it and there was a lack of ICE cubes. To me that was a clear indication that it was malfunctioning. Her reply was rude and she merely asked for the model number of the fridge (one would think you would have that on record) to call a repair man. That was the last correspondence I had with her. Repair man never came. That incident occurred approximately 10-20 days into the stay and we were left for the balance of the stay without an ice maker – we just bought bags of ice. (2) During the last 10 days of the stay the electricity went out early in the morning. We researched the problem online with Edison's website and the problem was actually a PLANNED OUTAGE to address wiring in the housing community. We had an infant in the house and as one could imagine we were reliant on electricity. We were never made aware of the PLANNED OUTTAGE and we were never even contacted to apologize for the inconvenience. We decided not to add stress to our day and get on the phone with Valerie just to complain...what was done was done. Would I recommend the property and location to anyone – resounding YES but because Valerie would benefit financially - it would be a hard NO.
