Nice property but way too far away for us!

Loved that it was 6 bedrooms with 6 bathrooms as that fit our needs perfectly! However the listing doesn’t state from the gate at the street it’s another 9 minutes or more back to the house. This was a huge convince for us. Not to mention the listing states IF you wanted to use the property amenities you had to pay the daily rate. No you have to pay to get through the gate even when half the amenities aren’t open due to the time of the year we went! Very misleading and our large group that comes yearly would not recommend or rent from again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice time staying there. It is clean, and nicely decorated. It was noisy between floors - you could hear walking like it was marching & the water running through the pipes in the basement rooms. Upstairs said they heard the main floor noise walking etc... The BR in basement had no pole in closet or hangers. Kitchen had no salt or pepper. Your refrigerator door doesn't want to shut right. Screened in porch was nice to have! Pretty view of the lake. Nice you had the house accessible. Provided toiletries - nice! charcoal provided- nice! price was reasonable!

It did lack in cleanliness-specifically vacuuming, we had little ones crawling that came up covered in dust balls of dirt and hair. BUT I do want to thank the Sunset Nightly rental staff for going above and beyond for helping my SIL recover her jewelry she accidentally left behind!! Greatly greatly appreciated!!

Nice but needs attention

The cabin itself is located conveniently close to everything and was very clean as well very pretty. However, I was fairly disappointed with some things given the price we paid. The air hockey table is in terrible shape and there was no puck for us to use. Contacted the folks about it but didn’t hear back until almost time to leave. The same is true for the foosball table as most of the plastic guiders for the bars do not stay in place but at least there was a ball and it was usable. One of the bathrooms on the entry level didn’t have a toilet paper holder so you had to keep the toilet paper on the tub beside the toilet. The mattress in that same bedroom is very worn as there is a noticeable multiple inch dip where people have slept making it incredibly uncomfortable. The ice machine makes a terrible noise every time it needs to fill. The AC does not keep up on hot days and loses 4 - 5 degrees during the day making it almost unbearable in the late afternoon hours. My impression is there’s way to much profit taking and not enough upkeep / maintenance and I probably wouldn’t recommend staying here for the price that’s charged.

Every was very happy with the experience at Makin Memories, but there are a few upkeep items that need to be taken care of. The biggest problem is that an investment in some new mattresses would help. We did move our room off of the main floor, which helped. One of the toilet paper holders needs fixed. And we never did find a hockey puck for the air hockey game.

Perfect for a number of people

This is perfect for a number of people. However, it does need some TLC (faucets loose, dirty windows, etc.). It is a property for 22 and we were given 2 kitchen garbage bags, yet it is a requirement we take the garbage out. In addition, the floors were dirty. Otherwise, great property.

119 Poolside Way #123 at Stonebridge Resort

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a week at the end of July 2022 with 4 families (16 people). The location was excellent - about 20 minutes to everywhere in Branson and very close to Silver Dollar City. The cabin itself was pretty good but there are two significant issues with this location. First - the A/C unit at this cabin is woefully insufficient for the size of the cabin. The rental company knows this as the two upstairs bedrooms have portable units installed. Without these the upstairs bedrooms would easily get into the 90s when it is hot outside - which it obviously is in Branson during the summer. However, the basement bedrooms do not have portables and were so hot that we had to purchase extra fans and even then the rooms were uncomfortably hot at night. The main family room also gets very very warm during the day (even with us closing all the blinds, turning on ceiling fans, and keeping the exterior doors closed) - the thermostat was reading around 82 degrees at 7pm, then it would finally begin to cool off as the sun went down. I recognize that we were here during a very hot part of the summer but we travelled from an equally hot part of the Midwest and have never had issues this bad with either our own home or multiple other vacation rental homes. Not as troubling, but still annoying, is the size of the kitchen and refrigerator. Every other vacation rental we have stayed in that advertises it can house 16+ people has had two refrigerators - generally one in the main kitchen and one in a kitchenette in the lower level. The kitchen in this unit is very small (like apartment size galley kitchen) with one standard size fridge. With 16 people we were *barely* able to fit a weeks worth of food in the fridge and all drinks had to stay in coolers which was onerous to go get ice every day to keep beverages cold. Otherwise the house was nice - beds were comfortable, each bedroom has an on-suite which is nice when traveling with multiple families, kit

Nice House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was neat and clean, however the dishwasher didn't work, the dryer would not dry if you put more that 4 items in it. The kitchen Facet was loose. I called Casey and she took care of the problems the best she could, she contacted everyone she needs to but the dishwasher had to have a part ordered for it. The dryer guy couldn't find anything wrong with it. The internet was connect until Wed. and we left on Thursday. So maybe the next people who came after us had everything working. But I would stay here again. Sunset Nightly Rentals was great. The problems we had were not their fault. The prior occupants didn't report the problems. Again Casey was wonderful keep me in the loop on all the problems.

Great Family Lodge

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 17 had a great stay at the cabin. The location next to the lake and pool was ideal. Both screened in, covered decks were perfect for sitting and visiting. The bedrooms were great sized and the private bathrooms for each one kept us out each others way. The kitchen was small, but we prepared and ate almost every meal there and it worked just fine. The location was quiet, but a short drive to the major Branson attraction. We have already booked our family trip for next year.
