Nous avons 3 chalets qui ont tous les mêmes équipements pour accueillir votre groupe ... Il y a un minimum de 2 nuits le week-end (3 nuits minimum pour les longs week-ends) pendant la saison de golf et la saison d'été ... et typiquement 10-12 invités sont le minimum pour un hébergement de groupe ... Que vous soyez un groupe de 12 à 40 personnes ou plus, tous des hommes…… et aussi des groupes sportifs ou tout autre groupe dissident ou réunion de famille à la recherche d'une escapade fantastique !! Nous sommes fiers de fournir les installations qui conviennent le mieux à votre groupe ... Nous avons des groupes qui sont restés avec nous pendant plus de 25 ans ... et avons séjourné dans les 3 chalets à des moments différents en fonction de la taille de leur groupe .. . Ils les ont tous adorés !!! Nous fournirons le Lodge Cottage le mieux adapté en fonction de la taille de votre groupe !! Si votre groupe est MOINS de 12 personnes, nous vous rembourserons la moitié des frais de nettoyage à l'arrivée! Nous sommes impatients d'accueillir votre groupe ... Nous avons beaucoup d'espaces même si notre calendrier peut dire plein! Nous sommes ravis de parler des options pour animaux de compagnie! Nos 3 LOGEMENTS COTTAGE ont chacun une cuisine entièrement équipée, la literie et les draps fournis. Nous encourageons également nos invités à apporter leurs articles personnels et nous nous occupons du reste de leurs besoins. Il ya des barbecues à gaz et des patios couverts, volley-ball, fer à cheval et des foyers et des salles de jeux ont des tables de billard, table de poker, et des écrans de sport par satellite. Nous sommes situés à quelques pas de la navette WeGo qui circule toutes les demi-heures vers les attractions, les discothèques et les casinos des chutes! Le Cottage Lodge peut accueillir des groupes de 4 à 50 personnes et le «groupe d'hébergement» est notre spécialité. L'EXECUTIVE, ADDITION, LOFT SUPERIEUR, LOWER LOFT sont situés sur le 18e trou du parcours de golf 18 trous juste à côté! Le RYSDALE, CADDY SHACK et les cabines 1,2 et 3 sont situés sur le 1er fairway du parcours de golf voisin ... It was the perfect settinng forour bachelor party. The guys thoroughly enjoyed the volleyball court, socce feild and corn hole games. A great location with easy , fast access to the area attractions. Highly recommend for large groups. Ken was a great host.

Overall the description of the listing was accurate and the post was beyond punctual with any of our needs. He gave us local tourist information and provided us a great value for our stay considering we stayed in the peak of summer. Would recommend and revisit if the need arises!

Eliane reserved for a group of 10…Our rates are per person per nite….After the refund dates had passed, Eliane asked, with only a few days before arrival, if she could have a smaller unit, and if we could reduce the fees, because only 4 guests were coming… She thanked me… We understand the hard times we are all facing, and that we wanted her family to affordably attend their tennis tournament…We refunded $1,000.00 ..We arranged for a smaller unit to accommodate her request, but her first nite stay, Eliane texted and let me know she wasn’t happy because she couldn’t watch a movie…The second nite, we accommodated Eliane and extended the use of an adjoining unit with a living room setting to address her concerns..Our housekeeping staff member stopped by and gave Eliane her number and asked Eliane to call her or myself if we can assist further…Eliane expressed it is a very old space…It is a 100 year old farm house with an addition, and most guests enjoy the ambiance…Some repeat guests have been coming for over 25 years… Eliane expressed concerns we did not have a dishwasher…We are on a septic system, and our site does not list a dishwasher, as we are in a rural farm area as we do not have any in any of our 3 properties…Eliane and her family had use of a shuffleboard, pool table, card tables, satellite sports screen and soccer, washer toss and volleyball etc..weather permitting…We would be more than happy to extend a complimentary stay..Let us know..Respectfully Ken & Deb

Great weekend

Had a blast staying here with a good group of friends for a golf weekend. The place was clean, and there plenty of places to sleep, which is exactly what we were in the market for! Ken made sure soccer and volleyball nets were up, and that bbqs were hooked up. Check-in was easy, and he kept in touch throughout the weekend to make sure all was well!

Good for groups outside

We had 20 people and enjoyed our time using the outdoor facilities and games. The inside was fairly dirty and many beds looked like they hadn’t been touched in a while however the bathrooms and kitchen were in fine shape. Definitely a campy, grungy feel but good for a group if you need somewhere to congregate all together and you want everyone to have somewhere to sleep. The partnership with the bar was also a nice surprise.

Bachelor Party

Booked this place for a bachelor party of 7 guys. We specifically looking for a place outdoor style that didn’t really have anyone close so no one could be concerned about any noise. This place was great for us, had outdoor games including and we brought some of our own. It’s hard now adays to find a place where there’s a fire pit, kitchen accessories, bbq and a whole lot more amenities included in your stay but this place was perfect for us while being close to the main strip in Niagara. There was more than enough room to sleep for everyone and everything was clean. Everyone who stayed had a great time and our host Ken would check in with us from time to time to see if there was anything we need. I highly recommend this property if this is the kind of thing you’re looking for!

Review

We would like to have given 4 stars in this review, but transparency was an issue. Positives: The property was spacious, the owner was kind, & the location was decent. There were a number of recreational activities to do at the property. For these reasons, I would not be totally opposed to returning. However, I must be honest and speak on behalf of my group in noting that a few things irked us. 1. Upon our arrival, we learned that the groundskeeper - one of the owner's workers - would be living in the basement for the three days that we were staying at the property. This was not advertised online at all. We would not have been opposed to this if it was included with the property listing... but we did not learn about this until arrival. We could not shake the surprised feeling that we were being watched (or that this could be happening) when we were just looking for some privacy. Pretty big detail to leave out of the listing. 2. The property was clean in some areas yet dirty in others. There was lots of hair left over in at least 2 of the beds, there were some cigarette butts & beer bottles outside (even on the front porch), & some of the floors were dirty. 3. We did not feel that the pizza night materialized as advertised. The restaurant provided us with 2 half-pan pizzas - appx a tiny appetizer per person. A little more transparency in the listing would have been appreciated, as we worked within a budget. Would've been 4 stars if there was a little more transparency.

Simon…. Thank you for choosing our stayandplay facilities, and also for expressing your concerns from your stay. We’d like to be proactive and address any shortfalls, so we can better accommodate our guests. 1) the bachelor unit in the lower level is totally separate from the guest rental areas and has its own private basement entrance. You probably didn’t see my staff member enter or leave the unit, but he is on location to assist whenever I guess groups call me for assistance, and in his unit, there are the electrical panels and alarm system resets that are remote to the accommodation areas. This allows us to problem solve mini service issues without disturbing our guest groups. 2) thank you for your comments and let us know about our housekeeping shortfalls. This allows us to make necessary changes to minimize issues and better accommodate our guest groups in future. We have re-searched the laundry issue, and have since replaced our washing machine due to the rinse cycle, not functioning properly. Your other housekeeping issues have been addressed. meet our needs

If your a no frills kinda folk, who is interested in having lots of space for a good price. This is the place. Its a lot like Niagara Falls in general; its seen its best days, is a little worn around the edges, but if your looking for a place that the center of all the expanded stuff.....Americana indoor water park, a great Drive IN movie theater, and multiple eats then you will enjoy what this place has to offer. Awesome stay

It was a awesome stya there. Owner is very nice ane the place is cleaned and also big ground outside to play basketball , football and also there are some i door games too. Overall experience was very good . 😊

The house was out of Town so a little bit of extra noise was not an issue Ken was very friendly and helpful the house may of been a little bit tired but we managed and had a great time there

Family Reunion

A perfect location for a family reunion. Very kid friendly. Lots of beds, big yard, lots of places to cook. My family had a blast. Hosts were excellent.

House was smaller than described

In the description the house is listed as 10 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. However, when we arrived part of the house was being rented out by another group and we only had access to half the house. Description and expectations should be clear. At one point the owner’s son came in and badgered all my guests into signing up for some contest. It was weird.

Matthew... Sorry for the confusion... Our Cottage Lodges all have 2 completely self contained units with all the same conveniences and you do not share any amenities... Each unit accommodates 12-20 guests and with your group of 11, we felt the unit we provided, is always more than adequate... We reserve the entire Cottage Lodge for groups of 30-40+ guests should you want to be the only group on the 2 acre estate properties... A couple of your group we spoke with were thrilled with the accommodation... We apologize for speaking to your group and getting email addresses... Our only reason for doing a raffle of email addresses, is a draw for a possible complimentary return visit to enjoy our facilities another time... We extend this opportunity as a thank you to those who have supported us and we always look forward to hosting them again in future... Please accept our apologies, as we would never knowingly interfere with our guests comfort zone... Please let us know if we can assist in future... Respectfully.... Ken and Adam....
