We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfy. The piazza was a nice gathering spot for us. I really appreciated the prompt communication with the host. Location was close to everything downtown and there’s a great pizza spot on the corner.

Wonderful place great location. We enjoyed walking around the area. This unit was very comfortable, parking was a plus and porch’s were great to sit outside and enjoy the weather. The host was very responsive not that we needed anything but they checked in several times during our stay.

There were 3 of us for our girl’s trip and we found the property easy to find and the instructions for check in to be accurate and simple. Our only confusion was locking the door at night? We finally discovered the large old fashioned key located on the small shelf by the door and that was it! The property was super clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels for our needs. We did not have a car so parking was not an issue but we discovered a wonderful restaurant Bistronomy within walking distance on Spring St. and we ate there twice it was so good. While there were definite pros to the property we found the furniture in the living room to be in need of updating and the lighting not adequate. There were no maps or information of any kind about Charleston and no instructions for use of the TV which we did have problems with. The upstairs bedroom with the 2 queen beds were so high that one of us would not have been able to get in and out easily (she took the other BR) and there was only one very low small table with a lamp between the beds which was hard to reach and basically too small to put anything on. That was the only place in the room to set anything. The bathroom attached was also small with no place to set anything. The other BR was very nice and had a dresser and small desk. The downstairs half bath came in handy and we used the dining room table nearby to set things on. Easy upgrades would equal more stars!

Great location. Helped resolving any issues we had with ease and quickness. Downside was the construction across the street which started every morning at 7am.
