Lovely stay

Well equiped house, nice surroundings, close to the harbour of Vilamoura. Lovely swimming pool in nice garden. Contact with owner and property back office was very pleasant. We definitely like to go back!

Nice stay in Villa

Great villa in a quiet area, place was very clean and well presented. Close to beach and main town, about a 30min walk or short Uber. One thing that would be better if there were some common necessities in the kitchen like salt, pepper, oil etc but otherwise a fantastic stay.

The villa was absolutely perfect. Great sized rooms with every amenity we required. The pool was lovely and the BBQ was an added bonus. We travelled with 6 adults and found the villa absolutely perfect to provide us with space but also lovely socialising areas.

A great stay in sunny Vilamoura

A great property, with everything that an extended family of 7 could need. Comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and all in all a very pleasant place to chill at for a week. Easy (and cheap) to get about by Uber, which we felt was more straightforward for us than hiring a car which wouldn’t have been able to seat all of us in any case!

A splendid stay overall . We had a kitchen flood on day 1 due to some pipe blockages. This was resolved by the management company and external drainage contractor during the afternoon on day 2 with some disruption and noise whilst investigating and resolving the issue. We also had the property next door having work done which broke the silence of the seclusion of the property with mixed drilling and associated groundwork noises.Be wary of ants too, as some of us did get some nasty bites.Despite these set backs, the stay was very enjoyable. All as expected with everything else functioning as expected without issue.

We (5 girl friends) had the best time staying at this villa, the accommodation was spacious, spotless & well presented. We had everything we could have wanted, the pool was a great size. The area was quiet and within walking distance to the old town. The marina was an uber ride away. Would love to visit again.

Beautiful Villa!

The villa is perfect in every way set is a very quiet peaceful cul de sac, Suzel and her partner made us feel very welcome and they were always very helpful. The pool is very clean and well maintained and the garden and seating area makes for lovely lazy days by the pool. The location is great for getting about both locally around Vilamoura and by car to travel up and down the coast. We hope to be back again soon!

Nice place for a family group vacation in Vilamoura

Simple, but cosy home. Four bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Barbecue is andy for a family charcoal grill Agreable pool for a refreshing swim after the beach or in the morning. Very calm area… no noise from traffic or other houses… you have to have a car…, I certainly recommend

Loverly Villa

The location of the villa is in a quiet residential area at the head of a cul de sac. Pool is excellent so too the gardens. Amenities inside the villa are basic but adequate. Showers are very powerful which I found excellent as normally I find the pressure low where I go. Overall we had a good time and the agent Sonia was always contactable.

Great house, great location. Checked all the boxes. Bring sticky notes to temporarily cover the interior cameras. They only point at the points of entry to the house, but still a bit unsettling. But once covered up, much better.

Lovely house in welcoming neighbourhood

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, property spacious and well equipped (although missed not having a toaster). Location quite a distance to walk to Marina but with Uber taxis at 3 euros it was no big deal. Fabulous restaurant Cafe del Arte a short walk and highly recommend. Welcome packs and more informative information of area ie best supermarket to stock up at, would help guests settle in quicker. (Quarteira has the best supermarkets, aldi okay but not as well Stocked)

Hi Daniel, I am truly sorry that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Despite the inconveniences you mentioned, I sincerely hope you still had an enjoyable holiday. I was, however, surprised by your comment about the property being "poorly maintained," as I am not sure which equipment you are referring to. The villa is carefully maintained throughout the year, and we do our best to ensure that our guests enjoy a comfortable stay. Regarding the sofa, you are right that it had reached the end of its life. A replacement had already been ordered before your arrival, but unfortunately the delivery was delayed by the supplier for over a month, without prior notice. I regret that you were affected by this unexpected delay. As for the bed linen and towels, replacements, as well as housekeeping during longer stays, are available on request through Clever Details. The team would have been happy to arrange this service for you if requested. Finally, I would like to point out that the cleanliness of the villa, its maintenance, the warm welcome and the professionalism of the Clever Details team are consistently highlighted in our guests' reviews. Many of our guests return year after year, which is the greatest compliment we can receive. The many positive reviews we have received over the years reflect the experience of the vast majority of our visitors. Holiday

Fantastic villa in a great location. Ubers very easy to get and use. A welcome pack would have been very good as nearest supermarket 15 min walk away. Water, tea, coffee, milk, bread and butter to start would have been really helpful. A hairdryer needed in every room or tell people they need to bring one. Two ring complaints - otherwise awesome.

Agréable villa

Nous avons passe un agréable séjour dans cette villa , la villa est un peu bruyante (route et ligne aérienne) cette villa est loué pour 8 personnes il y a que 5 transats autour de la piscine dommage . Un aspirateur serait le bien venu pour entretenir la villa plutôt que des balaies et un barbecue de taille suffisante

En revanche, un aspirateur est bien à disposition dans la villa. Concernant le bruit, nous sommes désolé du désagrément, pourtant la villa se situe dans un quartier résidentiel, à côté du Old Village. C'est un quartier réputé pour son calme et peu de personnes dans ce quartier se plaignent des nuisances sonores. Nous espérons vous accueillir de nouveau lors d'un prochain séjour. Anna

Excellent séjour !

Villa bien située dans quartier résidentiel, au calme. A notre arrivée , la villa était propre et bien entretenue Très bon rapports avec la propriétaire qui a toujours répondu à nos questions et nous a donné des explications précises pour localiser la maison . En plus sur place un couple de portugais charmant était là pour nous accueillir et nous faire visiter la villa. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié Villamoura, sa marina très animée le soir. Excellents restaurants et jolies boutiques. De nombreuses attractions : Aqua show, golf, plages immenses, ballades en bateau .... Nous recommandons cette villa.

We loved this place. It’s a gorgeous home, great parking, ample space for everyone. En suites in every room. There were a few hiccups that’s I’d be remiss not to mention, the electricity cuts out occasionally, but it’s an easy fix to restart one switch in the electrical panel. The kitchen flooded while we were there, either from the dishwasher or the kitchen sink. Despite these issues, the housing team were extremely fast at sending someone round immediately to rectify the problems. (Luckily they happened at the same time). One final hiccup to our plans was the check in time. It’s 4pm. We were hoping for an early check in time but instead the house wasn’t ready until 5pm. Again the housing team were very good about letting us store our bags either in the house or in the office.It’s a very safe area, you definitely need a car to get around though. But Uber is pretty good annd quick here. Despite the hiccups I would genuinely recommend this place to everyone.
