Stephen, even presented me with four names and DOB of my family that I never met, of course that was exciting! I cannot wait until they return with their whole family. Karen, please allow me to set the record straight! Buses run every 15 minutes on # 7 Route. You opted to catch a taxi on your second day, even after I gave you a wealth of knowledge for the buses. You and your guest hired the same taxi operator to take you many places during your stay. You appeared very happy when the taxi operator arrived to pick you and your guest up! You even referred to him by his first name! Why didn't you hire this operator to take you back to the airport! You and your guest always complained that it was too hot when you had to walk to the bus stop (7 minute)! Meanwhile, it was impossible for you to shop in a grocery store for 15 minutes that you never shopped in before. When I take guests to the grocery store it takes more than half hour. I can't shop for 15 minutes in the grocery store, and I know where everything is located. I still have to wait in line to pay for my groceries! My 'Welcoming Letter' clearly states $60.00 and additional charges if you stop to the grocery store. Most operators just go by the meter and it's usually cheaper! This particular taxi operator was just a 'stand in' for that one way to AMOUR. However, you took the liberty to hire this 'stand in' taxi operator to take you back to the airport as soon as you arrive at AMOUR! I cannot verify that you paid $80.00 on your return! Please see my glowing reviews about my taxi operators and my bus operators! Bermuda has the BEST Taxi Operators and Bus Operators in the WORLD!
