This property is 10/10. Immaculate, location steps from Boca Catalina, well stocked with towels for beach and bathing, meticulous grounds, peaceful and quiet. I wouldn’t stay in any other location. Perfection!

Beautiful place

We loved our stay! It is in the best neighborhood and so very close to the most beautiful beaches and most gorgeous sunsets I have ever seen. Beach chairs and towels provided and it was literally a 2-3 minute walk to Boca Catalina. Highly recommend 💕

Great place great location

Property is as described. Beautifully decorated. Super clean and modern. Comfortable bed. Loved the pool and gardens in the back. Ability to walk to Arashi Beach was great. Beach chairs supplied! Also right across the street from a smaller less busy Beach called boca Catalina. Good communication with the host. Overall great stay. Would recommend and would go back.

Just what we needed!😀

Amazing location only five minutes walk to the beach. You couldn’t be closer if you tried! The place was lovely and exactly what we needed. Well-maintained. Everything was very clean and comfortable!. Great getting to know a couple of the other people who we shared the pool with. Everyone was so lovely! Thanks Michael look forward to this again next year.

Nice place, great location

The neighborhood is great, out of the hustle and bustle of the resort area, but within a couple minutes drive so you don’t feel disconnected. And to have three of the best beach & snorkeling spots within a block was fantastic. The property is lovely. Pool area and backyard are well kept and beautiful. Very comfortable bed, very nice bathroom & shower downstairs, and nice, functional kitchen and living space upstairs. The stairs connecting the first and second floors are outside but basically private, which was fine considering the beautiful weather. I would probably give it five stars, except for two things - the living space furniture is not entirely comfortable, which wasn’t a huge deal, just a bit of letdown when wanting to relax after a long day out. And the Wi-Fi was very hit and miss, it kicked us off the network constantly. Sure, we’re not necessarily there to be online, but it is a connected world after all. For our first time on the island, it was a very comfortable and welcoming rental.

Amazing views and location

This is our second time staying at this property and the owners were amazing during both stays. Everything is always clean and in order. Walking to the beach is easy as it’s right across the street and offers amazing sunset views.

Lovely clean, peaceful property. The duplex unit felt like drinking our morning coffee in a treehouse, and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The back yard is the definition of an oasis. Easy access to beautiful beaches with world class snorkeling. Hope to stay again.

Cute apartment in excellent location

Clean and spacious apartment, great backyard to relax and unwind. Close proximity to many beaches with good snorkeling. We'll run, our AC broke and was fixed within a few hours!

Location Location Location

The property was clean and perfect for me and my fiancé. It is within walking distance of Arashi Beach. The pool was perfect to come back and relax at after a long hot day at beach. Loved it. We will be staying here every time.

Perfect Find

We enjoyed this property. It was an easy walk to the beach. The a.c. on both floors worked well, and the owner was very responsive. If we weren't at the beach for sunset, we could easily see it from the balcony. The bathroom and bedroom are on the first floor, with kitchen and living room on 2nd. You will have to walk outside and up stairs to get between the two. The bathroom is around a corner from the bedroom, but there is no bathroom door. The shower is large and works great. Bed and couches were very comfortable. WiFi worked well. Peaceful area in the back for lounging and with pool. Really nice beach chairs!

Beautiful location within driving distance/walking distance to snorkeling and swimmable beach. After a long day at the beach we took a short drive back and enjoy the quiet pool followed by a short drive back to the beautiful sunset every night . You do need to climb stairs between the kitchen and bedroom but it was perfect if your spouse stays up at night and you are a morning bird light sleeper . Ana was super helpful and always responded within five minutes of us calling . She even arrange for our car battery to be charged. We rented many VRBO‘s in this is by far one of the best .
