Le ciel à portée de main, le monde à vos pieds!

Les locations à Holiday Hill sont au sommet d'une dune avec une vue imprenable sur la rivière Kalamazoo et la ville de Saugatuck. Le Sundeck et la piscine offrent des sièges au premier rang pour les jours d'été de loisirs en regardant les bateaux sur la rivière tout en attrapant les rayons du soleil. Le sommet de la colline offre une retraite de l'agitation de l'été mais est à quelques pas de la chaîne de ferry pour les magasins de la ville, des galeries d'art et des restaurants, et seulement une courte promenade de la plage. Le café du matin sur le Sundeck que la ville se réveille est aussi magique que les cocktails du soir et la conversation sous les étoiles.

Holiday Hill est une petite station familiale. Afin de fournir à nos clients un service de réception 24 heures sur 24, nous travaillons en partenariat avec le Beachway Resort voisin. Lors de l'enregistrement, veuillez vous garer dans le lot Beachway et vous rendre à la réception pour récupérer vos clés. De là, il est juste une courte promenade jusqu'à la colline de votre unité privée et la piscine!

Fantastic place for a getaway

Great spot with a view of town.

This is a very cute suite with a very private pool and areas with a view of the river and town. A Short walk and chain barge ride across the river will get you to your favorite shops and restaurants in minutes.

Our stay was only one night, but it was clean, comfy, and cute. I accidentally left a sweater behind and they were kind enough to call and let me know so I could come pick it up. Great customer service.

The property is set on a hill overlooking the channel with beautiful views of Sagatuck across the water. It has a private pool and lovely sitting area included. The suite was very clean and the one bedroom was very comfortable. The sofa sleeper in the living room is not comfortable. So the setting is a great fit for two people! The check in process was. Wry smooth and the staff are very friendly. A great spot for summer vacations!

What a great place!

We couldn't have asked for a better 3 nights in Saugatuck. Nick and his team at Holiday Hill did a beautiful job with this property. It was charming, clean, and well provisioned with everything we needed. The pool was a 6 out of 5 stars and the location was perfect! We will be back!

Had a great time with the family

Great location! Short 2 minute drive to the beach or a 10 minute walk. The chain ferry into town is right across the street. $1 per person, much easier than driving and trying to find parking. It was great to have a gill and stay in one night, used the pool in the evenings and watched boats go by in the river. Live music across the river at The BARge you can hear too. Place was clean and tidy we had two kids under 7 and the pull out couch was great.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Holiday Hill. The location was perfect for our first trip to Saugatuck. We did have an issue with our refrigerator, however Nick and his family were very attentive to the problem and fixed it as soon as possible. Not an issue for us, however there are a lot of stairs or a steep hill to climb to get to the unit. A few parking spaces are available near the unit, however we were more comfortable parking at the bottom of the hill and walking the stairs. Overall, we had a great experience staying at the Holiday Hill.

Very nice property

Unit was very clean and short drive into Saugatuck. Kitchen area nicely appointed. Bathroom shower was large and towels were great. Nice, comfortable king sized bed. Would love to return in summer as very close to Oval Beach and ferry. Of note, you do have to go up several stairs to get to unit. Not an issue for us but good to know. Also the fan/blower for heat is in bedroom and when it kicks in, is very loud! Owner provided us with very nice restaurant recommendations. Thank you!

This was the perfect unit for a girl's weekend with my daughters. Only drawback was the fold out couch which was either broken or just old and cheap. The couch was comfortable by itself (which is what I ended up sleeping on) but we couldn't use the fold out bed and since there were 3 of us the king size bed wasn't quite enough. The pool was beautiful, the grounds were lovely, and the staff at Beachway resort were super nice. Free coffee and doughnuts in the office were an especially nice touch. Parking was tight but lots of overflow. That hill though.............difficult to walk up and back a vehicle down! Overall this was a great place, unit was clean and super cute, had all the necessities plus everything was labeled which was a nice idea, no searching for the right light switch, etc. Super convenient to the chain ferry and downtown. Hope to go back soon!

Quiet & Secluded with a View

We loved the location, the accommodations and the pool. The proximity to downtown Saugatuck, Douglas and Oval Beach was excellent and the staff welcoming and friendly. The climb wasn't ideal but we could not have asked for better view of the river and downtown Saugatuck from the pool. It was breathtaking and the perfect place for a nightcap before turning in each night. We cannot wait to book our next stay.

My wife and I stayed over a long weekend to celebrate our 20th anniversary. This place was perfect. It was clean, awesome pool, nearly brand new grill, and a stone’s throw from Oval Beach and downtown Saugatuck. All staff and guests we encountered were extremely friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time we look to vacation in the area.
