This was the most amazing stay! It was absolutely stunning with a view of the mountains in every direction. The neighborhood is quiet, and there is a lovely creek by the place that was so serene and tranquil. Clint and Mona are amazing hosts: so kind and generous. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Awesome Property

This is our second time staying here, both times for a month. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very secure. Clint and Mona (and their dog Colby) were very welcoming and responded quickly to any questions that we had. The rental is clean and well stocked with dishes and utensils. We already booked our stay for next summer.

Cottage Stay

The location is very nice, Mountain View’s & able to walk short or ling distances from the location on dirt roads & can ‘get up high’ for city views. Also a lovely place to sit & read or a very sort walk to the creek. Owners are very accommodating to any needs & respect your privacy as needed.

Beautiful Property in Helena, Mt.

I simply could not have found a better accommodation while working in Helena, Mt. The apartment was beautifully designed and furnished. The location and view from the apartment is peaceful and picturesque. The owners, Clint and Mona, of the property are the best of the best. Kind, accommodating, and responsive to any concern or request. If 5 out of 5 is the best, then this property is a 5+.

Warm and welcoming quality studio apartment. Open floor plan was well designed with a tucked away sleeping nook that has a pillow soft comfy Murphy bed all ready for sleep with fresh and stylish linens to melt into after a day of hiking the CDT. Great water pressure for the shower in the spacious and clean bathroom and stunning kitchen. Well appointed and fully functional with a super drinking water filtration system. This is an excellent long term stay, which sadly we only had a couple days, but they were memorable ones! Hosts were amazing communicators and very accommodating. Thanks Clint, Mona and your welcome dog, Colby, for the happy greetings to the area! Looking forward to coming back to Helena soon!

I truly feel I got really lucky to have stumbled upon this place. If I had been able to book it for my entire 3 weeks here in Helena, I would have. It's nestled in a small valley surrounded by gorgeous green hillsides and that was my amazing view every day. The guesthouse itself is perfectly appointed, furnished and stocked, and so spotlessly clean. The hosts are wonderful, friendly, and responsive, and their pets, Colby (golden retriever) and Duma (kitty) are seriously super-friendly and an added bonus to be around (note they are not allowed in the guesthouse but do roam the grounds outside). It is a short 10-12 minute drive to shops, but there's a good restaurant (Wassweiler) 3 mins away and great flat trails for walking/ running 5 mins away (Ten Mile Creek Park & Spring Meadow Lake State Park). All in all I could not have asked for a better stay in Helena.

Best Place in Helena!

Loved this property…beautiful, quiet setting with mountain views. This cottage is perfect for long or short term rental. It accommodated our 3 month stay perfectly. The cottage itself is impeccable; sparkling clean, beautifully appointed, and has everything (and more)you could possibly need. Clint and Mona are perfect hosts, and the icing on the cake is Colby the dog, who greets guests each day with a happy wag of his tail. This should be everyone’s go-to spot in Helena!

Quiet Mountain Sanctuary

Clint and Mona’s home is gorgeous! The property is clean, modern, and cozy and it’s at the end of a small housing development so there are beautiful views of the hills. I stayed there alone but it could have easily accommodated another person. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was large and well stocked. It was only a 7 minute drive to downtown Helena but just far enough outside the town to be quiet and peaceful. Clint was warm and communicative and made sure that my stay was spectacular! Thank you for a lovely trip :)

Very clean and fresh. Easy access. A bit of a drive from town but quiet at night and in a very nicely kept development. Good for a couple. Nicely appointed. Very nice owners. Queen bed was comfy. Nice little kitchen. Free WiFi. Has a washer but never figured out the dryer.
