Ce condo en bord de mer est situé à West Maui à Hololani, juste en bas de la route de la plage de sable. Vous n'aurez aucun problÚme à manger un morceau, car ce condo est entouré d'excellents restaurants. The location and view were very good. The lanai (patio because it's not screened in?) was enjoyable! Great place to have morning coffee and/or evening beverage. Unit was well appointed, though in need of a little maintenance. Slightly dated and towels could be freshened up.

Breathtaking views of Moloka'i!

This unit has amazing views of Moloka'i from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. On a clear day, you can see the island of 'Oahu as well. Great place to stay, no ac but I live in Hawaii so it was comfortable to me with the sliding doors open while in the condo. Great place, had everything I needed to cook and have meals. It was spacious and the amenities were great. I took in the sunset views from the pool, and it was gorgeous!

anywhere in Maui is heaven!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was clean and more room than we needed. There was only two of us but the condo can sleep 6 comfortably. The view is beautiful, although if you want to watch the sunset you have to leave your room and find a beach somewhere. They were doing construction on the seawall while we were there so there was no beach. Not a huge deal to us but may be to someone who wants to walk out there door and down to the beach or may be bothered by the construction noise during the day. We like to venture out during the daytime so it didn't bother us. If you like to watch TV as my boyfriend does, the TV is small and there are really no TV stations. There is a red box up the street which we utilized daily. There are a few minor things that I could nit pick apart, but all and all it is a great location, nice spacious room with all the basics provided! Even soap for the clothes washer!

Very good accommodations. Bed in master bedroom sags to the middle quite a bit. Mattress could be replaced for a better sleep.

Beautiful property

My husband and I stayed at this property for 4 nights and 5 days. We had an amazing view of ocean from main room and the other room had a view of mountains. The appliances were clean and mew as well (except stove and fridge). I would highly recommend it.

Great view, less crowded area

Great condo, layout was fantastic and was updated just right. Beautiful sunsets and many turtles right off the the beach in front of condos. The only thing missing from kitchen was a peeler for fruits and veges. Would get a bit hot at this time of year but the extra fans worked great for cross breeze. We will be coming back, mahalo!

Unit and view were nice, road noise was bad.

The view was nice and the unit was clean and well kept. The unit we were in was 401, which is closest to the road. That was all we could hear. The view of the ocean was amazing with the whales there during our stay. There was some work on the facility we didn’t have any heads up on. It was good they were doing upgrades and maintance, just a bit inconvenient them pounding on the door a couple days during our kids nap time. Having an assigned parking spot was amazing, as well as the parking being underground. Made the stress of unpacking and hauling kids up during the sporadic rain pours much easier. Overall, good and bad, I would say yes to the property again, not necessarily the unit though. Definitely need to be closer to the ocean to enjoy the sound and not just the view.

Family vacation

The accommodations at Hololani unit B401 met our needs for a family of 5 perfectly with the two twin beds and the Murphy bed in the living room. The view was amazing as we could see the sunrise over the trees and the sunset over the ocean. There is no air conditioning which apparently is common in Maui. There is really no need though as opening the glass doors and windows lets in the breeze which gets pretty strong at times such that door stops are needed for the bedroom doors so they don't slam shut. There is traffic noise from the street but it's not too bad and it isn't busy at night. The parking spot was very convenient in the first row in the underground parking garage. The unit is conveniently located close to the elevator and the stairs. The grounds were very well kept up. The beach is disappearing so you have to walk over a short ways to have sand to lay on. The condo is decorated with very nice furniture. It could use a deep clean. The dryer tumbled the clothes but did not dry them so we had to lay the items out to dry. I called the number provided and spoke with someone who said they would have a serviceman call me back but I never received a return call. We had some roaches come from the sink and mice or rats that ate our food. If we had read the guest book when we first got there we would have been warned as the guests before us had written about it. We did tell the girl in the onsite office who was very apologetic. We kept the sink plugged to keep the roaches out and put all our food in the frig. I sent an email to Vacasa but have not received a reply. We did not let these things spoil our vacation though and overall we had a great time and loved the location.

Just Awesome

The check in process was a little confusing, however vacasa answered their phones, and all was straightened out in minutes. The unit itself was beautiful, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. The pool has been remodeled and is heated. Make sure you walk the sea wall and enjoy the turtles basically right at your door step. If I had to recommend something different, it would be a little bit more comfortable patio furniture so the patio would be just a little more comfortable. In unit laundry made our stay even more enjoyable as we could wash the sand away. This unit is totally a hidden gem, it sleeps so many folks, 2 full bathrooms, and location location location. Don’t be hesitant to book this one today.

Experience

The parking spot is in a prime location and perfect. The unit itself was clean, tidy, and in a perfect location. Our check in was a little “sketchy” to us, but vacasa responded immediately, and we received our check in instructions within minutes. Personally I’d like to see more comfortable lanai furniture to enjoy the beautiful sunsets from there. The turtles down by the sea wall completed a perfect experience.

Beautiful view but disappointing property issues

We thought the location and views this property offers were outstanding, but unfortunately our visit was marred by construction that resulted in no pool and difficulty accessing the parking area. The first week of our stay there was an overpowering smell in our unit that we thought was a dead mouse, but the manager promptly dealt with that. However, the smell lingered and we later discovered that it was caused by the garbage chute located just outside this unit. There is no beach access which was also disappointing but we found wonderful beaches nearby and just resigned ourselves to having to leave every day. The pool was finally finished a couple of days before we left so that was a nice thing for future visitors. One thing I liked about this unit is the location of the lanai off the bedroom, which is hard to find and one of the main reasons I selected it. With all of the problems aside, it’s still paradise!

Great Place

The suite was just as advertised with lots of room and two large bathrooms. Easily accommodated our family of five with two singles in one room, queen in the other and murphy wall bed in living room. Parking spot was large and at end of row so nice to not get door dents on rented vehicle. Staff was responsive with any concerns we had. Would highly recommend this spot.

Great view, location and price

We really loved the view and open concept of the master bedroom view and sliding doors. Great setup in the condo. The extra bathroom really makes getting ready easy for everyone. There was construction while we were there so the pool and bbqs weren’t open and it was SUPER LOUD while they jackhammered the tiles out. But if you don’t plan on spending the day in the condo it doesn’t matter. You can use the pool at the neighbor condo. Cute little dive pub across the acteeet with cheap drinks for a night cap and lots of friendly locals in there. Farmers market down the road and endless shops and restaurants in either direction. Parking stall was included which made it super accommodating. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Also this condo has a screen door that locks in the front so you can get a great breeze flowing through and soak up that fresh air.
