Une villa spacieuse et ravissante ( classĂ© 5 * par Atout France) Ă  quelques minutes de Paris et Ă  600m du mĂ©tro Kremlin-BicĂȘtre desservi par la ligne 7 et 500m du mĂ©tro 14 cette maison est l'endroit idĂ©al d'oĂč partir dĂ©couvrir Paris.

La ligne mĂ©tro N°7 dessert directement Notre Dame de Paris, le MusĂ©e du Louvre, le Centre Georges Pompidou, le Jardin des Plantes, le MusĂ©um National d'Histoire Naturelle, l’OpĂ©ra, la CitĂ© des Sciences et les grands magasins La Fayette, Printemps.

On y est Ă  30 minutes de tous les autres principaux monuments parisiens, des sites culturels, des musĂ©es et des lieux touristiques tels que la Tour Eiffel, les Champs ElysĂ©es, le Jardin du Luxembourg, le PanthĂ©on, le MusĂ©e d’Orsay, le SacrĂ© Coeur etc.

La maison est répartie sur 3 niveaux en double exposition avec deux balcons et deux jardins calmes, clos et verdoyants.

Elle comprend au rez-de-jardin, un grand couloir avec placards donnant sur une premiÚre chambre avec dressing, un lit double king size séparable en deux lits simples.

Pour rejoindre le premier étage, un magnifique escalier en fer forgé vous conduit vers un double séjour baigné de lumiÚre, avec moulures aux plafonds, marbre au sol et cheminée, une cuisine dinatoire toute équipée et une chambre avec un lit double 160 x 200.

Le deuxiÚme étage comprend trois chambres avec sol en parquet massif : une premiÚre grande chambre de 22m2 avec son lit double « King size », une deuxiÚme chambre de 20m2 et son lit double « Queen size », et une derniÚre chambre avec lit double king size séparable.

Pour votre confort, la maison dispose d’une grande salle de bain lumineuse et une toilettes à chaque niveau.

Paris stay with friends

We enjoyed our stay in Quach’s home.The property was spacious and well equipped if a little dated in places. The shower head was loose in the top bathroom.It was further from the city centre than we expected but close to the metro.Delicious bakery, good restaurants and small supermarket close by.

Excellent accomodation

We really enjoyed our stay. The house has three levels and each family had their own. The property was located close to transit, grocery stores tec. The property was everything you could wish for: clean, well furnished, laundry facilities. We would stay there again for sure and our family visit to Paris was exceptional as a result.

Great stay during the RWC

Four guys stayed here during the RWC. Great location and the owner went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable stay in Le Kremlin-Bicetre

Large, spacious house-5 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms- was perfect for 6 adults for 6 nights. Living room has a large sofa and the dining table seats 8. Beds are comfortable king-sized beds with nice linens. 2 metro lines nearby to get into the city- M14 much less crowded than M7. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals.

Paris Olympics trip

We had a fantastic stay in this property and would thoroughly recommend it. The hosts were very accommodating with our arrival arrangements and the communication over check in and check out was excellent. Spacious and convenient location

This is such a fun place for the kids. Our 4 kids had so much fun playing hide and seek and quiet reading spots! Very spacious and perfect for our family reunion. The host has basically all the info that we need for places we want to visit. The location is great as it's only a few minutes walk to grocery stores, bakery, restaurants and metro station. Highly recommended!

Good large house, 8 min walk to metro then 15 -30 mins into city depending where you are going, large supermarket near metro and small supermarket around the corner. The owner was helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Comfortable beds!

Great place for a family

We stayed here as a group of 6 persons. The house was immaculate and very large. We did not have a car but the ability to park at the house is a plus There was ample space inside A ground floor suite with walk in shower was very nice for those challenged with ambulation. Living space is on the first floor. There are nearby grocery stores and a short walk to the bus and metro stations. However, it is not in central Paris and if your interest is the cultural landmarks you will need to build in 30 to 45 minutes of transit time. This meant for us we were out early AM and didn't retun until after supper. That made for long days

highly recommend this home!

If you’re looking for a spacious place while visiting Paris then I highly recommend this home. We were a group of 7 and we enjoyed this home so much. It’s also so cleaned and everything you need. The hosts also have maps and guides. They’re just lovely and hospitable. Additionally, very responsive from the moment I booked until we left. Also, near public transportation and supermarket/bakery.

Perfect home away from home

Buu Chau and his wife were so helpful and accommodating. They made our first group trip to Paris such stress free experience. They had such detailed instructions to everything. Their public transportation instructions were so easy to follow and best part was metro station was so close to their home. If your looking for a great host, great location , and great home. This is it!

Perfect Location For Seeing All!

This house has got all the charm you could look for in a Paris location. The owner was extremely available and easy to work with. It will easily accommodate a group of 8-10 and comes with everything you need. We stayed 6 nights and were able to explore the entire city from here. Great location with easy access to essentials and metro. I would strongly encourage you to consider this house.

Paris Gem!!

We completely enjoyed our stay. The Quach’s were amazing. They offered so many helpful tips that made it so much easier for us to really make the most of our time in Paris. They genuinely cared about our getting settled in with no issues. The house was exactly as described and we were so grateful to be able to come back to it each time after busy days of sightseeing. We were so lucky to have found this wonderful home. We would definitely come back. Highly recommend.

Spectacular South Paris home with a great host

This home is located only 600 meters from the metro with easy access to central Paris. Quach’s communication with her clients is second to none. Her home is large enough that no one is tripping over one another. Lovely flowers in the front of her home. She arranged for two taxis to take us to various destinations upon leaving. We were quite pleased!

Spacious home, best host!

Our family of 7 stayed here for 3 nights. The host went above and beyond anything we would have expected to make sure we knew where grocery stores and bus and train stops were. She even had refillable Metro cards for us and walked us to the train station and helped us enable the cards. The house is very large with a beautiful backyard, very close to bus and train stations, but in a neighborhood. This one was better than expected!

Wonderful trip to Paris

Our family of 5 spent four nights at this well-equipped and spacious home about 20 minutes outside of Paris by Metro. Very clean, plenty of space, plenty of beds and bathrooms, and really every modern amenity a family could need or want. The hosts are outstanding, and left lots of detailed information on the area that was extremely helpful for our first trip to Paris. I would recommend this unit and these hosts without question. The immediate area also has lots of restaurants, boulangeries, supermarkets, etc., so everything you could need is just at your fingertips.

As advertised!

Host was very prompt and exact in her responses and gave us so much information up front. She was there to meet us, even though we arrived early, and walked us through the entire house. She has great directions on how to operate everything. House was clean and nice. 8 minute walk to Metro. Uber will cost 20-25 Euros to get anywhere in the city. Buu was more than accommodating and stood by ready to help. This is a great place to stay.

Friends in Paris

We really enjoyed our stay in the Kremlin Bicětre area of Paris. The home had a very comforting, french appeal. The living room was an excellent place to relax after a full day of touring the city, especially with the windows open. The beds were very comfortable. The metro is about a 10 minute downhill walk from the residence, so keep in mind there is slight uphill climb back home. There are two wonderful Patisseries along this route too. Communication with Quach was excellent. She also provided Navigo cards we could load with metro passes. The printed instructions for the appliances was also appreciated. All in all, a very nice stay.
