Nice apartment, simple check in, the agent office is quite close. Location is ski in and ski out. The apartment has good storage for everyone's things. Kitchen had just the right amount of equipment.

This was our 4th say at this property and 6th in La Tania. I think that says it all!Excellent property. Has everything we need for a week skiing. Well equipped kitchen, lots of clothes storage, clean, warm and comfortable. Will definitely be back.

Family stay

The apartment was perfect for us as a family of 4. It was clean and had everything we needed. The balcony looks out onto the piste and the boot room has direct access to the slope as well.

The flat was clean, convenient and well-situated in La Tania. It's also a good price compared to other flats in the village. We thoroughly enjoyed our week there. Two bedrooms worked well. Pleasant view of the village from the balcony. The kitchen was well-fitted. Unfortunately, by no fault of the owner, we didn't have hot water for one whole day and the electrics downstairs meant finding our way to the flat in pitch darkness. Like I said, Hugues re-assured us via messenger and it wasn't his fault.The flat is situated in a great place: close to the supermarket; nice restaurant called Le Bistro Marchand which we recommend; and the free lifts for little ones which we used. For improvement, maybe the owner could consider paying/providing linen and towels for future guests? The concierge service was helpful, friendly, and fine but it's quite stressful to organize linen and towels when you've travelled a long way with a family. I would have happily paid more for the flat if all the linen and towels were provided. We don't mean to be critical. The flat was great otherwise.

A wonderful flat, ski in and ski out, and the flat is so well equipped with all you could think of! We were so lucky to find it, a real treasure. And the flat is on the 1st floor, there is a great pub on the corner but you can't hear anything really, and I use wax earplugs so don't hear any late drinkers. 10/10

Great location ! excellent value ! Communication about what is needed on arrival could have been much better ie notification about having to pay extra for bedding Wi-Fi towels etc the access path way to the entrance was never cleared of snow and once frozen became an hazard when entering and exiting the accommodation would we stay again yes would we recommend anyone else to yes

Great location

Great location with efficient check in, clean and spacious flat. Good communication on the whole and a lovely location within La Tania. My only complaint was the lack of bedding / information on how to obtain it but we made do. It is also worth mentioning that ski lockers are not heated but that didn’t end up proving an issue for us - plenty of radiators inside. Ultimately it’s the ski in ski out that’s important and with Folyères being just 10 steps away from the boot room door it definitely delivered - Would definitely recommend.

Good location

Firstly you couldn’t fault access to piste out of boot room straight onto it. We were on the first floor with easy access thanks to the spacious lift. Our room was warm and big enough for the two of us. Bedroom compact but nice and warm. Large living and dining area with addition of a nice balcony even if it does look out onto the Ski Lodge pub which gets noisy during happy hour but by 8pm was all quiet each night. Nice bathroom with separate wc next door. All in all was perfect for us.

Excellence accommodation and location

This was our second stay at this property and we already have it booked for next years skiing trip. Everything we need in the best location. Ski in/out. Make sure you take your own bedding and towels although i think they can be hired from the in resort property management company if needed. More information on where to collect the keys would be my only criticism, the desk is now within the ESf office, this has changed from our last trip and we couldn't find any information about where to collect from but got there in the end. Also, if the electricity isnt on when you enter the property, press the black button, behind the flower picture/cabinet in the hallway, facing you as you walk through the front door.

Great property in a great location, however property description wasn't clear as with all other rentals we’ve had, linen and towels are included. This property description was not clear either way on this. Therefore we turned up and had to hire some which was a bit stressful. Travelling by plane makes it impossible to bring linen and towels. No wifi available? No instructions or information left in the apartment.
