Great secluded getaway

We hosted a group of girls for a winter getaway at this property and had the best time. Plenty of room to spread out, the kitchen had everything we needed, and everything was clean and well-appointed. Communication with the owner was quick and easy—we had no issues the whole weekend. The property is beautiful and, while it was too cold for us to really enjoy it fully, everyone raved about how cute it is. Definitely recommend this for a quiet weekend getaway with a group!

Girls Weekend

This beautiful home and property was spacious and clean. House was enormous with a Hugh Kitchen. We had so much room to do our Ugly Sweater contest, serve prepared meals and enough bedrooms for everyone to sleep in. The owner started a fire for us In the 4 Seasons room. The owners kept us informed and was easy to contact if we needed anything. We would highly recommend. Thank you to the wonderful owners!! Happy Thanksgiving 🩃

A Sublime Retreat

We popped up from Chicago to enjoy the wide open space, a little peace and quiet and ended up more relaxed than we'd been in months...we walked the property, relaxed by the fire when it rained, and sat in the sun and read. This sublime retreat is clean, peaceful, updated and warm, as is the hospitality. And the organic eggs - a complete bonus! We popped into Grafton and Port Washington, too. This was just what we needed...THANKS!

Magnolia Home Charm

This place was exactly as described. Stayed for a small girls weekend getaway. Close to shopping in Downtown Cedarburg. Very elloquantly decorated with a mix of modern farmhouse style and beautiful antique pieces to make this place very charmful and right out of a Magnolia magazine! So much character and very comfortable stay. Hosts were super friendly, with great communication and was there to assist us, with questions or needs. This place is a perfect setting for an intimate country wedding complete with an onsite barn for a reception. I would give this place 6 stars if I could! Would stay again!

Outstanding Home

Our stay at Dale's property was outstanding. The recently-refurbished property is clean and well-maintained. It is a roomy 3BR home with a sunroom that can be converted to a 4th BR. The large back yard and spacious grounds are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding nature views (pine forest). Dale is an extremely kind and gracious host, available to answer any questions or provide any assistance needed. Great location, short driving distance to Port Washington and Cedarburg. The surrounding country roads provide great cycling opportunities. Hope to return for another stay soon.

A winter wonderland

Its a beautiful home and grounds! We immediately felt comfortable. At one point i dropped my earring and it rolled under a dresser. I reached my arm under to grab it and pulled out a clean earring! No dust bunnies at all. This place is cleaner than my house. All the after hours help was much appreciate W&K

Watch your step!

From exposed carpet tac strip to muddy entrance, we did not feel that the host exhibited the necessary attention to detail that is expected when renting to guests. We visited the location on March 12th to review it's condition and found it acceptable. When we arrived on April 25th outside entry lights were not functional, nails were discovered in the parking area, carpet had been removed but stripping remained, Rooms were not cleaned to remove bugs, the refrigerator was not clean and to top it off we were shortened one room that was to be used as a sleeping space. It was available on our March walk through, but was being used for construction debris and was not available for sleeping by our group. This caused one guest to use cushions on the floor for sleeping. This was after notification the day prior to our arrival that we would be having one guest less that originally scheduled.We arrived at 10pm allowing the host ample time to correct some of the concerns. Attention to detail is a priority and is normally customary when renting VRBO properties,

Great Experience

I booked this property leading up to my daughters wedding. The grounds were beautiful. The space for my family was perfect. Though the wedding was not on the property, Dale and Katy were very accommodating with our photographers, videographer, hair and makeup. I would highly recommend booking this property!!! Couldn't have asked for more!

We rented the 4 bedroom house for a long weekend around our daughter's wedding. Our immediate family (including married adults, teen and young grandchild) stayed overnight and we had several gatherings with extended family. We even hosted a gift opening the day after with lunch for 25! Everything was exactly as pictured and sparkling clean. The kitchen contained everything we needed to make simple meals and more. Dale was more than accommodating to all our needs and requests, from answering questions before the booking to anticipating our need for extra garbage bins. He added a table so we were able to seat 18 at the dining room table and others sat in the living room and sunroom. The sunroom was cozy warm at night with the floor heat and a space heater. The small sun porch off the master bedroom did not get warm enough to use, but the weather was below zero this weekend. I'm sure if the weather was above freezing, it would have been fine. I didn't have time to use the sauna, but my daughter loved it so much she was looking up how to buy one to add to her own house. It was a pleasure to have such a lovely place to come home and to welcome guests. We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay.

Beautiful property - wonderful hosts

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The farmhouse is lovely. The ONLY recommendation I would make it to have more dish towels and pot holders in the kitchen! It is a beautiful home, comfortable beds, well decorated and clean. We loved it. We were there for our annual "girl trip"..spent a day in Cedarburg, a day in Port Washington and spent our evenings watching movies. Dale was extremely responsive to any questions. We couldn't have been happier with our stay!

Stunning, immaculate property and home. Perfect to get away and unplug.

I stayed in the East Wing of the Abloom Farm with my husband, 3 daughters, and dog for a getaway after months of pandemic life. This property was everything the pictures showed and more! The home itself was immaculate and every linen and furnishing was comfortable and high quality. There was comfort in knowing Dale and Katy were on the property if needed, but we felt we had the space to ourselves and only saw Dale when he let our girls feed the chickens and took family photos for us 😃 Can't say enough good things about this listing, so peaceful and gorgeous with lots of space to explore.
